This is a great Hungry Howie's! The bread sticks are better than the ones in Gainesville (you get more)... The pizza has been good to go every time we have gone... The service is great! The lobby could be a little better, but that is not why I come here... Plus if you need some groceries real quick, you can order, and then shop real quick... I do recommend this place for some quick, good pizza...

This has GOT to be the WORST Hungry Howies in Ocala. This one and management is AWFUL. I specially order a cheeseburger pizza with extra garlic butter crust. I call and tell them it's DRY as a bone. He says there is nothing they can do. Ask for a manager who will NOT even get on the phone.!!!!! He relays to te staff I can bring it back and get my money back. He argues with my spouse how would I know there is NO garlic butter let alone extra on the crust . Because I can SEE DUH!!!!! And had I ate a whole piece instead of only one bite they would Have taken issue with THAT. Although admitting he saw NO garlic butter instead of taking responsibility, apologizing OR making it right for the customer he wants to apparently prove a point. Point taken NEVER returning!!! Not sure the owner is her BUT clearly does NOT care !!!! Emplyomg staff like this and these policies !!!! And just look at all the 1* reviews and bad customer service reviews. Guess I'm not alone. Waste of time and gas to go back there .

Hungry Howie's used to be good, but they no longer honor their coupons, and at the Pine Avenue Ocala location the person answering the phone was very rude, because I tried to call a little earlier than their 12:00 pm Sunday opening. I don't need to be preached at by some impatient unprofessional snot. Just take my order, and so sorry about trying to get it done a little early. Your pizza is really good.
They were fast in delivering. But even more importantly, my pizza was delicious!

They don't deliver pizza to my neighborhood. It's a black neighborhood. They deliver to other apartments, but not Primrose Place. Total discrimination and racism and it's obvious. You should be ashamed.

After reading some of these reviews you'd think they would be more sanitary and encourage hair nets. It's not just this H.H. I've got hair delivered in many products from several different H.H. stores. Hungry Harries is what we call them now.

Worst place I ever are at......food was cold & dirty silverware.........and a waiter tried to give us someone's food 1 minute after we order. Lunch meat for smoked turkey, slin as paper! Will never go back there again! Couldn't pay me to eat there afain..........

Ok, let's just address a little thing called Customer Service....it doesn't exist at this location (for brown women). I walked into the lobby (no one was standing at the counter) and begin to approach the young lady at the counter. Now the look that she gave me when I walked through the door indicated a certain bias but I can't confirm that based on this one "look" so whatever let me pick up my food. There's a family sitting down whom she called for their food to which I politely stepped aside. At this point I have noticed her smile at everyone except me and that I have not been greeted in any way thus far. Still....whatever, I waited until she serviced the family ahead of me and then attempted to approach the counter when she promptly grabbed the order of the guy who walked in behind me. THAT confirmed her bias, and since my presence is unwelcome, my money is too! I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION FROM NOW UNTIL ETERNITY...respectfully.
