Hungry Howie's Pizza & Subs

Female at counter that took our order mumbled the entire time causing us to have her repeat herself frequently which she seemed very annoyed by having to do this.
Fiancé ordered a thin crust which was overdone & hard.
We've ordered from here before without issues but this last time was a 1 🌟

Ordered and paid, pizza never delivered. Restaurant has made me call multiple times to try and get a refund, and the manager on duty can’t do something as simple as issuing a refund. Awful customer service.

Josh is the best!!!! Always helpful. My kids love their Cheesy Breads. I love their Steak, Mushroom & Onions Sandwich it’s so delicious! They have a wide variety of pizzas as well!

My son’s only request for his birthday dinner was Hungry Howie’s, so of course, I made it happen. Unfortunately, the closest location was outside the delivery range, but I was able to order through Uber Eats. Given the 25+ minute drive, it wasn’t surprising that the pizza arrived at room temperature—that’s on me, not them.

As for the food itself, it was about what I expected. The flavored crust, which is usually a standout, was a little underwhelming this time, but otherwise, everything was as it should be. If I had been able to pick it up fresh, I’m sure it would have been even better.

Not a perfect experience, but still solid.

It's great for takeout with quick service and crispy pizza. Normally I would have to ask for my pizzas well done however, I had been a walk in with my wife and it ended up coming out absolutely great. Very good crisp and cooked through nicely without being overdone. Plenty of cheese and topping.

I bit into my pizza and felt something hard. This was in my pizza a small broken off screw. When I called the establishment I was appalled by their reaction. Not only did they leave the phone on for me to hear them curse at one another but they proceeded to tell me there is no possible way there could be a screw in my food yet here we are. I promptly told them they’ve been no help and disconnected the call. I will be calling corporate tomorrow and not because of the screw but because of their poor customer service.
