Ice Cream King

The elderly lady I take care of and myself have been to this ice cream shop several times and had no complaints. That is until the last 2 times we tried to go. The 1st time they had the place sprayed for bugs so had to close for a couple hours, but did not put a sign on the door stating closed and the open sign was on so we got out went to the door to be informed no one could come in for at least 3 hours. Then today we pull into the parking lot, make sure the sign says open and as we are getting out of the car I see a guy hang a sign on the door that states closed for lunch (2:10 pm) and turns the inside light off but leaves the open sign on. We will not come back to this ice cream shop..

Great Ice Cream shop with good hours too. Been a few times and will be back. Great service friendly staff and our kids enjoyed it too!

SO many choices of ice cream and boba tea. Part of a strip mask, so not much seating outdoors, but the ice cream was really good and the waffle bowl i had was fresh. Really good experience.

Walked in and was greeted with a smile and vibrant walls! There is an admirable selection of flavors and dessert items, with boba tea, sundaes, cones, and even dippin' dots on the menu! The location is clean and the staff was very friendly. Definitely recommend for a sweet treat!

Dietary restrictions: Some Dippin' Dots were gluten free!

Wheelchair accessibility: Would have to park on the side of the building to wheel in but there it is accessible!

The ice cream is great. The service sucks completely. First he wouldn't honor the reward points. Then he refused to take a 5 dollar bill that had been taped together that is legal tender. The bill is all there. Then he wouldn't take the ice cream back that we now didn't need since he refused to let us pay for it. The place also has a unpleasant smell. And the employees could be more sanitary. We will not be back. The main thing though you cannot refuse legal US currency even if it does have a little tape holding the corner on.

We used to love coming here but our experience today was awful! We were welcomed with vulgar, very explicit, loud music and then served burnt hot fudge all over the icecream leaving it to taste like plastic. I’m so glad that we didn’t bring the kids with us this time. It was that INAPPROPRIATE. We won’t be back for quite some time.
