This franchise needs to be remodeled or something. Normally I love ihop, but this location was Just absolutely horrible food and the place is very dirty and old looking. It smells bad when you walk in. The only thing good there was our server. She was very nice and did her job very well.

We came in to the restaurant 1 hour before they closed 10 o’clock we put our order in as soon as we walked in, we waited until 10:50 to even get out drinks waited 50 minutes for them then at 11:15 when half of us had food and already done ate, and half of us got only half of our food then at 1120 our server said that his cook was done he was walking out so we are now leaving with half of us did not eat. I know it’s ihop but I feel like that was very uncalled for and a very bad experience.

Bathrooms are absolutely disgusting! Overall decent service. Food took pretty long to come out considering, but we're patient. Clean your bathrooms. That's my main issue. I had to take my 4 yr old in there and immediately wanted to walk out, but he had to go.
