IHOP has declined over the years for some reason . I believe that they may be taking us for granted, at least the IHOP on state road 200 in Ocala Florida. They have cut back on their staff in turn causing longer delays in service. The food is of mediocre quality in my opinion. I can’t say anything good about the coffee that they serve as well. I would eat at IHOP as a last resort.
They need a new cook, you need to stop dicing app all your veggies going in your omelets. That includes onions, bacon, tomatoes, peppers, everything the omelet was gross.

We haven't been to this I Hop in about a year because the poor service drove us away. We decided to try it again Sunday. Big mistake. They still are understaffed. Waited to sit down. Waited for a server to appear who apparently forgot to place our order. After about 15 minutes she came back and took our order again. The whole process took about an hour. Guess we'll wait another year to go back.

Dirty cups that still had dried coffee on the bottom. I had to ask for another cup. The silverware was dirty. I ordered the breakfast 2eggs 2bacon 2 pancakes and hash browns. I didn’t get that I got a biscuit with chicken and hash brown no eggs I had to tell her that’s not what I ordered, before coming back with my correct meal. My husband ordered crepes that apparently doesn’t come with filling.

Always dirty tables every time I come here. The table that I get is clean but not other tables by me which is disgusting while I am trying to eat. The breakfast is ok but do not order scrambled eggs which look like powdered eggs and are not scrambled at all. They are in pieces. My last visit the hash browns tasted old. The music that ya'll play is terrible which is new pop music that gives me and other customers a headache. Most customers that come in here and pay for our meals are over 50 plus. Can you please play pop music from the 70s 80s 90s? Country music from the 90s would be a great choice. The breakfast sampler is my favorite just wished that toast was included. Also love the little coffee pot that we get when we order coffee. Also wished Ihop had vanilla creamer.
Our server Dakota was awesome kind and good attitude.

I had the pancakes and egg combo. The food wasn't that hot, cold food. They have new booth seats that are comfortable. The Punkin pancakes are the best. That time of the year again.
