This place probably has the best takeout food and smoothie around here. I got the oxtail and the stew chicken platter which are both fantastic. Definitely will try again if I have a chance to come back!

Visited this food truck today for the first time. My friend and I ordered the vegan platters. One with chickpeas and the other one with the lentil loaf. The food was very tasty and the portions were adequate for the price. They also have fruit smoothies, which are very good. i got the curry chicken, it was great. my partner got the j*** chicken, tasted great needs more spice. tropical paradise, amazing. you get the flavor of all the different fruits. the pineapple is very strong but over all we enjoyed it. the staff was wonderful. would definitely come back again.
We decided to stop here during our 1 night stay in Ocala. We didn't realize it was a food truck and decided to take the gamble since we wanted vegan food and were hungry. The BBQ jackfruit sandwich was the BEST jackfruit we've ever tasted and the lentil loaf and rice were so good! Thank you for the awesome food!

You don't need to be vegan to enjoy the vegan options — the cauliflower is a must. But the rice, plantains, oxtail and especially the j*** chicken are all top notch. So far for food I have tried the curry chicken, rice with peas, plantains, bbq cauliflower nuggets, and the j*** chicken with yellow rice. I have also tried the pineapple lemonade (must have) and the smoothies. Everything is always 10/10. With food and drinks for 2 I spend $45.I have to hold back from going here weekly because of the price. It is absolutely delicious and so worth it. I recommend all the food above. I have had the pleasure of ordering from a Caucasian man at the truck- he goes above and beyond to help you order and find something you're going to like (wish I knew his name to add)

I am back again to tell you all how great this company is. I asked these amazing people to caterer my sister funeral repass. Not only did they offer their condolences, they made this process easy. The food was amazing. All my family said so. They made me a special vegan lentil loaf (life changing sauce) Omg soooo amazing. We did curry chicken, red snapper with the head on (crowd favorite), peas and rice, and veggies. They also delivered. If you haven't made it to this truck yet you're missing out.

Stopped at this amazing little spot while on our trip to Ocala Florida. Not only is the good FANTASTIC but so were the owners!!! The service and hospitality was Excellent and the menu was perfect for my meat eating husband as well as Vegan for me.Highly recommend you stop in and enjoy their authentic Carrigan dishes!!!!
