I really hate to give such a low rating, but due to the lack of cleanliness, I have to. I had read other reviews about the cleanliness but saw where the owner had commented that they would take care of that or take it seriously, so I assumed it would have been clean, but the glass doors, bathroom, and restaurant floors and walls still needed a cleaning.I ordered a fried shrimp and scallop meal with fried okra, and my daughter ordered a chicken and rice bowl with onion and peppers. It took a long time to get our meal.While waiting, the cashier was refilling condiments. Several condiments had spilled out on the tray, but she kept refilling over the mess it had made. The dining room is clouded with the smoky grease from all the frying. I guess they need a better way to ventilate the restaurant. We took our food to eat in the car because the odor/air was so thick.We were almost scared to eat our food because of the lack of cleanliness; we did, however, eat it.My shrimp and okra were great, but the scallops were well overcooked. My daughter said her rice bowl was good but there were no peppers in it.This restaurant COULD be a great place to eat, but it would take a good cleaning and then a daily routine to keep it that way.

The food here is extremely good which is the reason for the 5 stars, it's that good.The food takes absolutely forever but it's cooked to order so it comes to you piping hot.Customer service could be a bit better though. I mean how hard is it to at least pretend like you want to be at work serving customers? Even a fake smile here and there would suffice. They hand the food over rudely sometimes.If customer service was better and the environment more welcoming, they'd have a never ending line at the drive through and a restaurant full of customers.

Had a great experience before but this last time the dining room was filled with smoke that burned my eyes and they had music with explicit lyrics (N-word, F-word) playing really loudly.
Disgusting ? Place . I ordered a lemonade & did not like it . I asked for the pink lemonade instead. The guy at the window (Jamie (a male ) ) poured the lemonade back into the container (where all the lemonade was at ) I’m very disappointed & disgusted. I can only imagine how many times he has done that . When I call to speak to a manager, someone was on the phone playing .

I was in the city of Ocala a week ago and tried this location out which was not too far from the high school that I graduated from vanguard high. The food was on point the fries were hot and so was the chicken wings. The drinks that they have are extremely tasteful and good. There were two young ladies working up front that was taken orders and distributing them. I give them the highest mark because of their professionalism and being very courteous to customers. One of the young ladies took my order over the phone when I got there she asked my name and shortly after my food was ready and she convinced me the purchase one of the cakes. The cakes were not that great I think it's an outside vendor that makes them but I won't purchase those again but the chicken the fries the shrimp was great My next choice will be the fish sandwich. The blue fruit drink that they have there is to die for I got two large cups with no ice to bring some back to Orlando
