Jeremiah's Italian Ice

I absolutely love this place...
Italian ice I've tried in the past has been somewhat crunchy and icey (if that makes sense). This is smoother, creamier, and just delicious! My favorite is cookie butter and vanilla ice cream with cookie butter crumbles. (As shown in the photo.) My daughter likes the strawberry lemon and blue raspberry. I have never tried a flavor or flavorite that I didn't like... Although, obviously I prefer some more than others. Most of the employees are very friendly and helpful too.

However, they lost a point because one of my pet peeves is when a business closes before it is scheduled to. I have worked in retail and food service so I get it... No one likes when someone comes in last minute. But sometimes isht happens. Like for for instance... Last night my car wouldn't start when leaving to come there. There's a short draining my battery that I plan on fixing this weekend. So by the time I got there it was like 5 minutes until they closed. Again, I try not to make a habit of showing up to places right before they close. But had the guy just said I'm sorry but I just shut the registers down for the night I would have gladly accepted that. But he seen me there and just ignored me. And there was someone pulling out of the drive thru as I was pulling in... Not sure if they did the same to them. But it is bad business. Had you taken my order I would have left you a nice tip because I felt bad. (And I try to tip when I can anyways.) But if you weren't going to take my order then communicate that, don't just leave me sitting there for 5 minutes... Because that's when people get pissed.

Ohh and I LOVE the rewards program and the app. They have challenges every month where you can get free items too!

My family and I are absolutely obsessed with this place. It’s quickly becoming our go-to weekend treat, and something we all look forward to. There are so many flavors and variations to choose from that it feels like there’s always something new to try. I also really appreciate how they offer seasonal favorites throughout the year — it keeps the menu fun, fresh, and exciting. The quality is consistently great, and it’s become one of those spots where we know we’ll always leave happy. Highly recommend!

I’ve come through the drive-thru at Jeremiah’s a few times now, and there’s one person who always stands out — they wrote their name down for me but I'm terrible at reading handwriting, I believe their name is Keiicy. Either way, they are such a GEM! Every time, they’re so sweet, kind, bubbly, and full of positive energy. That’s exactly the kind of person you love to see working a drive-thru window. I told them I’d write a review because they truly made my day, and they were so thankful (which made it even sweeter!). I love Jeremiah’s — it’s my favorite ice cream spot — and great employees like Keiicy make the experience even better. You'd be smart to keep them on your team as long as you can! Thanks again, Keiicy, for being so wonderful!

Their ice cream/Italian ice is literally the best I've ever had!! Will definitely be a once a week treat for me and my kids😁

Good ice cream place gets very busy

Slow service in drive though tonight. They have to have one person working because I waited for 15min behind 2 cars in the drive thru. The wait time in unacceptable and this taught me a lesson to shop for ice cream instead. Time is valuable and it was not that busy for the service to take so long.

The tables were dirty, trash on the ground.

Poor customer service.
