I haven't been here before and thought I'd try to replicate what I usually get at another sub spot. I ordered the buffalo and blue cheese sub. First the sandwich was small, I thought it would be sharable, that was my fault. I ordered a regular thinking that was more of a 12 in size cause the giant looked massive on the image. The sandwich itself was okay. I felt like they overloaded it with buffalo and blue cheese to the point it was dripping when I picked it up. Because of the sauce the bread got soft very fast. They do not heat sandwiches up here, again I didn't know that. It might have helped save the sauceyness. Overall I might not have tried the best sandwich on their menu but it left me feeling like I have no reason to return. Staff was amazing super nice and they worked very fast .

Watched a girl training another employee she was super sweet and patient and just seemed super passionate about her job. From the time I was 12 to present (55) I have done every job to the best of my ability and it was super heartwarming to see this girl in action. Reminded me of me. Sandwich was delicious as usual 🥰

This is my second time here in 2 weeks and every time I’m greeted with smiling faces, treated with respect and kindness and to top it all off the food is fresh and delicious. Will be back again !

I live in Colorado, and my mom is a senior citizen living in Ocala, Fl. For her birthday, she asked for a sub delivered by Jersey Mike's. She told me what kind, and how she wanted it prepared, but the Grub Hub app didn't allow for that kind of customization so I got it as close as I could, but it was not going to be exactly what she asked for. I placed the order and tried to call my mom to let her know, but I couldn't reach her. The delivery arrived, and mom knew right away it wasn't "right." She just didn't know why. She promtly got in her car and drove over to Jersey Mike's to get this resolved. Long story short, even though they knew they made it correctly per the order, they didn't even blink and made another one exactly the way she liked it. They didn't question it, object, or agrue. They smiled and made a customer very happy. She already liked Jersey Mike's, but now she loves them. Thanks to everyone at the store. You did good.

I have never been to a Jersey Mike's until today. I have been hearing about it alot lately. I was at T Mobile and saw this Jersey Mike's and figured I would give it a try.
First off....the staff was very friendly. When I placed my order the young lady thought I wanted a number 5. That is the Super Sub. Provolone, ham, prosciunttini, and cappacuolo. I clarified and said no, the number 9 please, Club Supreme with roast beef, turkey , Swiss, Applewood smoked bacon and mayo. I asked for it on white. The bread was a little on the stiff side but tasted good. They did not put any bacon on the sandwich. $16.08 for a mini Sub that did not come with all the listed ingredients, a can soda and a bag of chips. I will probably give them a second chance but will pay better attention to what they are making. Keep your eyes open and watch that you are getting what you asked for.

Jersey Mika terminated a very good employee because their management don’t know how to manage and talk to employees. You got to earn respect, it is not given when you disrespect!!!

I love jersey mikes though this location is iffy on the energy in there and my sandwich wasn't as tasty as it's been at other locations, but overall not bad...always fresh
