Jersey Mike's Subs

In 8 years of eating at a Jersey Mike's, I can honestly say I've never had a bad experience. The food is always fresh and delicious. The staff is always friendly and polite.

Best subs around hands down delicious

I’ve been going to this Jersey Mikes location since it first opened. Over the past year I’ve seen a heavy decline. Angry customers are constantly gathered at the pick up station waiting for food. The food prep area is always a mess. I witnessed somebody tonight drop a baking pan and then continue to use it because they were so busy. my pick up time was 5:08 pm on the app and it is currently 5:40 PM and I’m just now leaving.

Jersey Mike's subs is always good. I wouldn't say there's much atmosphere though. It was just a place to sit down. Many tables and chairs.

Not as good as Boar's Head Italian Sub and Much more expensive, but the food is excellent and it's worth going back again.

Their subs are the best and always fresh. However, they are pricey!

The hostess and the chef were very polite because I had recently fractured my knee and the hostess was incredibly kind and accomodating. The Chef was also kind and professional. I highly recommend this Jesey Mikes restaurant in particular.

Can't get a hot sub unless you are willing to wait 15-20 min. Online orders have priority and they only have one person working the grill. Even if you are the only person in the store, your at the back of the line.

Love the subs and the ability to mobile order for fast pick up

Jersey Mike's is our go to sandwich shop. We've been loyal customers for nearly a decade. This location has been outstanding in their service, quality, and cleanliness. We enjoy coming to this location since we moved to Ocala in 2022. If a location could be the model store, I'd like to think we are fortunate enough to have it here! For anyone who likes a good recommendation off the menu, #13 is my favorite. The chicken big kahuna is my favorite hot. My wife loves their wheat wraps. They are vegetarian friendly and can even accommodate vegan needs. They have a portobello mushroom that is a vegetarian delight. You will not find a bad sandwich because you pick what's on it. Rosemary Parmesan is my favorite bread for any sandwich. Hope this review is helpful. Stop debating and head on over!

I love jersey mikes and very much wanted to love this one. however, 3 trips in a row were bad experiences. the first 2 of the 3 negative experiences involved multiple sandwiches being very wrong. both of those were mobile orders and it seemed like they may have just thrown 3 in the bag and called it good. once is forgivable but twice in a row was ridiculous. the last of the 3 and the last trip there, we were Ording in person to prevent mistakes and we were hurried out the door as fast as they could get us out. my father couldn't even get what he wanted on his sub because they were demanding we pay immediately. that was the last straw and the last trip there, YOU ARE IN THE SAME PLAZA AS PUBLIX, that means you need to be on top of your game at all times and there is now a wawa across the street. never again.
