Jersey Mike's Subs

My husband and I are regular customers at this location. We both tried the Mike's hot Italian and we're very disappointed. There was hardly any meat on it and if it had cheese I couldn't tell. I was under the assumption the roll was grilled also, ours were not. The worst sandwich we ever ordered from here.

I’ve been eating Jersey Mike’s since 2000 and this is the first time I’ve gotten a sub so loaded down with oil I could not even eat it.

I love getting subs from this Jersey Mike's. The food is always hot like it should be and delicious. I did most recently get the NEW Mike's Hot Italian, it wasn't exactly what I was expecting but fairly good. Not anything I would get again. I do wish they would expand the menu. They always have fast delivery. This sub shop is always spotlessly clean.

First time to a Jersey Mike's. Here are my quick comments: very clean, nice staff, for a sub place the options to put on a sub is limited, no olives or sauces etc, I have never ordered from there before so I didn't know how to order so my sub was not made the way I wanted initially. The food was super fresh, my Philly subs was delicious, the bread was so fresh.

This place has horrible management. I got there for a pickup stated my name. First they made the sandwich for every single person that was in there. What's the point of doing an online order pickup. During my wait people got there after me and picked up their online items and also people that were ordering in and dining in got there after me and got their items first. And I was just there standing and nobody even addressed me about what was going on with my order. Lack of management. I ended up having to leave after 15 minutes. Life's too short to be wasting time, that's why people order online.

This was our first time going here. We walked in and the guy at the register took our order and told us they would call us when ready. After about 1,/2 hr when not called and everyone getting theirs who walked in after us I decided to inquire. The guy did not put in . Our order so they say they will make them. I expected they would ask us what we want on them once cooked but she brings me the subs completed. We get home and they have no toppings on them no lettuce or tomato or mayonnaise just plain steak with onion and peppers. Bad service and no concern how we wanted them. Very disappointing. Don't feel like going back anytime soon or maybe never.
