Really had a bad experience. The manager was too busy to help the employee give out the companies military discount and then the employees got in a weird argument. Subs took forever. Hope they improve.

I want to start this out by saying I’ve eaten at this location before the management changed and if I was you I would save your money. I go to order, the guy at the counter was rude, he failed to understand I wanted to add lettuce to my sub not make it an unwich which mind you sound nothing alike at all. While I was mid order with them; HE ANSWERED A PRIVATE CALL. Like love that me spending money with you is less important then a private phone call. Worst place ever. Then after my sandwich was made, one of the people tossed me a bag that didn’t have my sandwiches in them and made me bag my own food.

My experience at Jimmy John's. We went in to get two sandwiches from Jimmy John's we ordered Big John's sandwich one with no lettuce and tomato just mayonnaise no cheese. One with letters tomatoes no cheese and mayonnaise my boy opens up that sandwich and you have about 3 in of bread and a 32nd of meat all the way across. The mayonnaise was thicker then the meat was. I opened up my sandwich and we had about 2 inches of lettuce 3/8 in a tomato in about 32nd of an inch of meet across. It's pretty bad when the mayonnaise they used to thicker than what the meat is. Not very happy with them I will never return there again. Pretty sorry Jimmy John's pretty sorry

I was the only one at the store. Asked for a club lulu. Guys repeated it back to me. Got home and it’s a tuna sub?? I couldn’t have grabbed the wrong sub because he handed it to me and I was the only one there.

Tough review, because I love Jimmy John’s but this location just isn’t good. The employees obviously hate their job. Despite all that, they close at inconsistent times and lock the doors before their designated closing time. I’ll keep eating Jimmy John’s, just not from this location.

I come to this Jimmy John's nearly twice a month for the greatest lunch and now I'm hooked! More importantly I am in awe of the sweet staff who works here! Jodie is wonderful and all of the guys are incredibly sweet, make you laugh before walking out the door. Very clean place as well. I am a sucker for reviews myself and by golly they deserve a 5 star rating!!✨
I ordered two subs and the subs were not made correctly after driving home 30 minutes drove all the way back to get a refund and they cannot even give you a refund. This place absolutely needs new management. Do not come to this Jimmy John’s downtown
