I placed an online order for a veggie sandwich and a cookie on 3/7 around 8pm. Not only was there a hair in my food, but also they didn’t put the cookie I ordered in the bag. So I paid for something I didn’t get. Do better! It’s not that hard; it wasn’t busy, no excuse for this!

I placed a delivery order from the Jimmy John’s app only to be called 30 mins later and told they don’t deliver to my home anymore, which is 1.2 miles away from the store. Why offer delivery service if you won’t deliver a mile down the road?

Do not come here if you are in a hurry, for a sandwich shop with a slogan, "Freaky Fast", they are surprisingly slow. 8 customers standing here waiting on a sandwich and every worker is watching one person fill a catering order or something, 15 minutes and I have not seen one person get a sandwich. They are not even acknowledging the crowd of us at the counter patiently waiting for the food we paid for. Do not recommend this location.

This location hours are never updated. Wasted my gas three times to reach a store that was closed by 4pm. Google says open until 9pm. Never enough staff to stay open properly.

This was my first time trying Jimmy Johns with my 11 yr. old grandson, not impressed. Store was clean, staff was nice, but I doubt I'll return. I ordered a LITTLE JOHN #1 combo $6,99 HAM, PROVOLONE, with mayo, but no lettuce, or tomato (standard condiments w/#1) and I received a measly 2 pieces of ham and cheese on 4" baguette along with chips and drink. Jersey Mikes Mini is way better. I would have given only 1 star but the roll was good.

We love Jimmy Johns food- but whoever owns this one is missing the mark! Came to get subs for the family at 4:30. Store was closed!!! My grandson (3 years) who loves Jimmy Johns, threw a fit! Then another day we went around 12:30 to get subs to take home—they were closed again my grandson upset- I figured we would be ok at that time since normally due to my work hours I can’t get there by 4. I got out of work early!! The note on the door said closed due to weather! Are you kidding me- t-mobile, Starbucks and Gathering cafe were open, as were other businesses. Nothing on your website about closing early or anything. Not the way to run a business. Since you are the only one in town we have no other options. So I guess Jersey Mike’s will be our choice from now on. At least we can depend on them to be open!!!!

Tried to call and order a sub no answer called at minimum 6 times noone answers the phone. It rang until the phone decided to end the call. Absolutely horrible.

Bad attitude shuns customers!Walked in to order sandwiches for my team like I have been for years, but was told "We open at 11" as I waited in line at the counterYeah, I think I glanced at my phone, it's 10:52The place was busy, filled with uniformed staff and others and the door was open so it surprised me it was closed at the time. Kind of made me feel stupid. So I left and we to Subway down the street.. Decent sandwiches there too so in the end I saved half cash and the team was satisfied. I will keep that in mind next time I feed the team.Had they taken my order and let me know there would be a delay while they prep the kitchen I would have patiently waited without feeling I did something wrong.

I would rate it less if I could. If you're the owner respond so we can talk. I ordered 35 sub box lunches 15 minutes before they opened 2 weeks ago for my staff. Paid for the food and came back at 1pm. Not one sub box was made, all I got was excuses and ignored because the manager had no idea what to say to me. I was told by staff he hadn't done anything. He was high as a kite, late to work and that was all the excuses I got. To date I have ordered hundreds of subs for my staff at this location. That ended 2 weeks ago. Never again. Owner- you need to reevaluate your staff and get this place under control. You will continue to lose profits and business. If I could rate this a zero I would. Happy to take my money but not to make a single sub.....
