Absolutely amazing! Great service! Great food! Really neat decor. A hidden gem in Ocala- we will definitely return!

Food was outstanding and our server Aaron was amazing! One of the best dinners I've had in Florida in 25 years. Highly recommend for appetizers and drinks or a top notch dinner from start to finish. We had tuna appetizer, duck, wagyu filet and empanadas for dessert. 100/10!!

It's a beautiful restaurant, nice settings, excellent service, exceptional food. The down side is it's extremely expensive. Don't go by the online menu because it's way way below the actual cost. What was listed for the4 course dinner with wine was $69. A main reason we chose there. Once we arrived we saw that same dinner was $169 and later we found the wine pairings we. An additional $80. The required business casual is a joke. There were people there in short shorts, flip flops, etc. end of the evening the anniversary celebration was $500. YIKES. Won't be back.

Felt very welcomed from the start when a gentleman showed us to the door from parking and the lovely hostess greeting, though birthday info was given with reservation, it had to be repeated four times and server at the end of the meal was unaware and sent a dessert home with us. It was nice to be introduced to the owner and kitchen manager. They did not have the seabass that was on the menu and pompano was offered as a replacement meal and was not very good, since it was covered with a salty sauce and laying in risotto, which I also did not like at all. The biggest mystery was to be served the wedge salad I had looked forward to, being very special at this restaurant, should have been a regular serving with excellent ingredients. However, it was more like you would get at Terry's, huge, the whole head of lettuce was cut in two and place upward, loaded with bleu cheese and topped with heavy hamburger type thick onion rings?? From the menu expected and prefer delicate crisp fried skinny onions. It was way too large, as was the serving of soup. Both too much food before an entree. The lamb was ruined with a heavy Worchester sauce. For a place with a dress code, it is odd that people came in for the bar close to us with halter tops and shorts and tee shirts and jeans. At those prices it is disturbing to have an additional charge for using a credit card.

We are visiting Ocala and asked for a recommendation for fine dining. Katya Vineyards delivered in every way. Food, service and hospitality exceeded expectations!

Got there and they found out it was our wedding day! they gave me a free fancy drink. I didn't know what to order, so they surprised me with the prettiest cocktail ever. A sweet couple paid for my drink, and the whole staff was so kind. We got a free dessert, and our server was the owner's wife while her husband, the head chef, came to our table to congratulate us. When I came back from the bathroom, there was a rose waiting for me. The food was AMAZING. Truly the sweetest people and the most special wedding dinner we could have imagined.

This restaurant is 5 star. The menu is great but the food is another level! Quality above all else!

A person can not go wrong ordering anything on the menu. Tony needs to bring back the eggplant appetizer.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm and genuine welcome by Katya, who promptly seated us and set the tone for what would become an unforgettable evening. We opted for the Chef's custom four-course tasting menu, a culinary journey masterfully curated and personally presented by Chef Tony himself. Each course was flawlessly paired with a wine selection that elevated the entire experience. The cocktails were expertly crafted, the wine list impressive and thoughtfully selected, and the food—simply exquisite. Every dish was a work of art, both in flavor and presentation, rivaling the quality you'd expect from a Michelin-starred kitchen. The desserts were equally memorable, offering a perfect finish to a luxurious meal. What truly sets this restaurant apart, however, is the warmth and attentiveness of the staff. Every member of the team made us feel pampered and genuinely cared for, creating an atmosphere that is both refined and remarkably welcoming. This is not just a meal—it's an experience. One that we will return to and recommend wholeheartedly.

My partner and I were late for our reservation but we called ahead and everything was okay. They could be flexible because the restaurant wasn't crowded. It was July 4th weekend and everyone was out of town. Katya Vineyards is located on the main square in Ocala, an area of several fine restaurants. Service staff were very friendly and eager to help. They had a cocktail menu but few cocktails were listed. I guess you have to know what you want and the bartender will make it to order. I thought it might be a wine bar but I never saw a wine list. This is a high end mom and pop restaurant. The wife is the hostess and the husband is the executive chef. We ordered lobster bisk and beet salad for starters. The lobster bisk was fine but the beet salad lacked beets. It was an ordinary salad nestled on a few slices of beets. A disappointment although the salad was good. I ordered grouper garnished with lobster. Delicious. My partner ordered sea scallops which she thought were slightly too well done. We skipped desert as we usually do. Although it wasn't crowded I got the impression that this place has a local following. It's very dark so bring a reading light if you need it. Overall an excellent place and we shall return. There is a chef's choice pairing dinner available. Very pricey.

Chef Tony never disappoints! The crab cake with jumbo shrimp and the Wagyu empanadas were amazing. Highly recommend the Wagyu Filet. Tender beyond belief! We always spend our anniversary with Kat and Tony. If you are in Ocala, do not pass up Katya Vineyards!!
