I don't eat fast food much at all, they really reminded me of why yesterday! My coworker placed an order for lunch at work, I decided, why not?! Well, first they gave our order to the wrong person and then had to remake and send it - okay - that can be overlooked... but then they didn't even get the order correct, chicken was over cooked and yet, not hot. I can't say how the rest of the food was because it didn't come with the meal.

Don't know what they are serving...it ain't fried chicken. I pitty the folks who have to work there and serve the absolute worst,almost inedible food on the planet. Yikes ! I only managed a restaurant in Ca., now in Fl....KFC sucks !

Honestly we walked in and should have walked right back out. There was trash on the floors that were sticky from whatever. A lady behind the counter was eating her sandwich while she was making other people's food. The guy behind the counter that took our order was nice, but either they don't provide their employees with gloves or he just didn't feel like wearing them as he handled our food. When we went to sit down we quickly realized that the tables were just as dirty as the floor. Needless to say I would not recommend this place to anyone.

2 weeks ago ordered food took 35 minutes to get the food. There was only one person in front of us. Today ordered a meal but when asked about a drink, I advised we didn't want one. Window attendant got really disrespectful and replied very rudely. "It comes with a drink Sir!!." I advised we didn't want the drink and he didn't have to be so rude to which he told us to go somewhere else to get our food. Definitely don't recommend this location

Asked for a Sandwich bag and Counter Lady appeared to have an attitude today. Sounded like she dropped my chicken order on the counter kinda hard, guess it was still alive.
Wow !!!! We purchased the chicken strip meal , and OMG !!!!! the chicken was tender and seasoned to perfection ?!! The fries was fresh and hot ?, the biscuit was crunchy, yet soft and tasty ?!! Last but not least the drink was strong and NOT watered down !! Thanks to the managers and employees at this KFC ? you guys rock !!!!

Delicious and fast service at the drive through. Their lemon Bundt cake is yummy.
Right off the bat, the lobby was closed ( I’m not sure why but I can be understanding about it) We had a big order, about $80 worth, so we were told it would be 5 min for fries and to pull around. We waited for abt 20 min and when we went to ask the employee told us he was getting it and kept walking without even stopping. We couldn’t even ask about our missing drink.
