There is no kfc here anymore, just a taco bell. I placed an online order which took me here and now I can't even request a refund. Not sure why this still reflects as open, when I asked the workers they said this kfc closed 3 years ago

Lack of consistency in service and quality. They either get it right or very wrong. 50/50 Hit or miss. Recession portions, chicken thighs the size of chicken wings and people that don't know what they're doing, can't answer basic questions about menu items and prices. The overall low star rating here has definitely been earned.

I love KFC it's my go to place but this location is the absolute worst the chicken is horribly overcooked the service is terrible and I am certain that they stole $20 from me

Long drive through line. Only to get home and discover 2 of our 3 combos were missing the side. I guess the chocolate chip cookie we weren't supposed to get was to make up for it? And a wrong drink. But hey, what do you expect from the work field that thinks they're worth $15/hr?
