Took care of me cooked me some really fresh hot chicken coleslaw was delicious. Mashed potatoes, absolutely phenomenal. Everything was good. The service was great.
Ordered a spicy chicken the way it comes, sauce was almost non existent, and got both of my drinks wrong.

Customer service is horrible! Food is how I order it! Tonight was beyond absurd. Ordered a chicken sandwich with nothing on it. Had mayo and pickles on it...when I took it back I was pretty much thrown a new sandwich and told I can do whatever with the sandwich feed it to my dog bc he can't take it back. Instead of staying sorry there is a trash can right behind you...smh! This was the manager. If you hate your job that much maybe you should find another!

Horrible customer service. Most of the time they do not have what you want. I order a pot pie and I did not have any chicken in it a chicken pot pie. Could you just imagine eating a pot pie with no meat.. if you buy any pot pie in this location, make sure and buy a piece of chicken to add in it! If you hoping to get meat in your pot pie, you will not!

Every time we go here there’s always an issue. Forgetting they told us to pull in a parking spot and having to wait over 30 min for our food after they had to remake it, we always have issues when we DoorDash from them taking ridiculously long… way to many things to count. Finally decided to give them another try and our sides only have barely half the bowl full

We went to the drive thru to get a chicken pot pie at dinner time and were told it would be 22 minutes before they would have any available!!!
Hey folks and franchise owner!! 22 minutes is unacceptable!!! This is a fast food business and should you know it’s dinner time and should have plenty of product available!!
But you will just tell me, oh, I am sorry for your experience, but I look at it differently and will take take my business elsewhere and you just watched more revenue disappear and I just a complainer!!!
I will also let all my friends in my community know that if they want a hot pot pie for dinner, don’t go to your location because they will have to wait a half hour to get one and see how many customers that will bring your way?? Thank you!!!

It was my first time in this particular establishment. The kids running this place are completely lost. They were being very loud and joking the whole time... To the point of giving my food to another customer. Then they gave us underdone biscuits and soggy cherry mini pies. When we asked if the pies were supposed to be soggy, the "expert" as one of the kids called her said: "I am sorry... they are... the company decided to change these for the other apple ones, and these are like that." So, we had to leave with a soggy disgusting desert.
*This is not the first time they give other customers our family's order. My sister in law, last week waited an hour for a bucket of chicken because they gave her huge order to the wrong customer! - KFC, if you don't want your restaurant to sink deep to the bottom in this area, you better train these kids a little more so that they learn that even if you work in a "fast food", work ethics is very important.

I love KFC and food- but today, I really didn’t appreciate the service that was provided today. I used to work in the food/restaurant industry and TRUST i know on certain days it can be busy. I guess this was the case at your location. I seen the Drive thru was packed after getting my order so I wasn’t expecting to get out of there in 2 seconds.. but when I realized my order was incorrect, I waited in the parking lot, and stood inside hoping someone would ask “hey was there a question you had..” or just at least something, like “how can I help you” I stood inside at the counter waiting 15 minutes just to ask an employee for my correct meal, that I purchased. Instead I was ignored, and stood standing there waiting for someone to come to the register and help me out, and eventually I took the hint, that since they were overloaded and busy they weren’t going to help me out. This isn’t a “I hate this place” type of review - I just feel like as a company during these Busy hours, you should at least try and help the customers out. I didn’t receive my receipt, I paid cash- I ordered Mac n cheese, 2 biscuits, Bucket of chicken, and a L- drink.. i ended up getting mash potatoes, 4 biscuits- soggy 8 piece chicken, and no drink without my receipt… so hopefully things get better with your customer service, but I will definitely be sticking to other fast food restaurants.

If I could give this location zero stars I would. The manager Kasheila is very rude and unprofessional. This is my second visit to order the 8 piece special. I asked the young lady for drums instead of thighs I would pay she told me they cut the chicken up a certain way they can’t sale it that way. The second visit she said they had no drums available. I asked when would they have drums she told me I could only get what was available. The place is a slum due to the workers behavior and work ethic and the owner needs to do a complete sweep and hire new management and workers.
