To prequalify review, they weren’t busy. Took order OK but were not friendly. We heard one employee tell another employee it would be 16 minutes to cook order. It did take a long time to get order. Pop was flat. On the plus side the food was good. Bathroom was unclean, floor was very slick and they were out of paper hand towels. Lobby had bugs and needs a good cleaning. Not a good experience.

It's been years since i've been to kentucky fried chicken, and I saw they had their original honey barbecue sauce back so I stopped to buy a boneless breasted chicken.With some honey barbecue sauce and it was very good. Although the soda machine had no ice for my drinks and it cost me six dollars 42 drinks that I had no ice with.I was still happy with my meal. It would have been nice to have been compensated.The drinks are given them for free.

If you order on friends phone make sure you use the apps person name. They have to have a name with a online order .it's gives u a number but they want name and order . Other than that this is my favorite KFC out the 100s I evevat it. Orders are always correct, food is so much better than other KFC ..i give it the best KFC on the planet award ..

This location has to have the rudest staff!!!!! Half the time that you go here, nothing is in stock. And there is no reason that I should not be able to get a twelve piece meal with the type of chicken that I want in it, even when I offer to pay up charge to have that type of chicken that's insane. Never at any other KFC have we not been able to get the type of chicken that we eat and pay an up charge to have it? Their attitude here is absolutely terrible and obviously the management is as well since this has been going on for a long time. They just let over $40.00 walk out of their Drive thru.... and to me, that's crazy. I'm going to head right on down Silver Springs. Boulevard, to Lee's chicken, right?Where I know that I can get breast and thighs, even if I have to pay an up charge and give them my business and my money. They took my order with a kind voice and a smile at the window. And happily let me pay an up charge to have two breasts.. From all the other reviews that i'm reading, I see, I am not the only one! I suggest somebody step in at this location.

Food undercooked biscuits are gushy gooey ugh coleslaw sat out and MANAGER NEEDS TO BE FIRED !! All she does is serve cold nasty FOOD WITH AN ATTITUDE AND EMPLOYEES GOOF OFF CUSSING PLAYING WITH YOUR FOOD STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE negative 0 OCALA HEALTH INSPECTION NEEDS TO GO THERE AND SHUT THEM DOWN IMMEDIATELY AS TO THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND VERY ALARMING!!!!

The biscuits were hard and not fresh. The potatoes weren't very good. Spend a lot to get food. Should be fresh. Chicken was ok.
Went in for lunch around noon on a Thursday and was rudely told they were shorthanded and I could wait if I wanted to. I left chickenless.

Placed an Uber order and was told that the first order was stolen. All together 4 different drivers showed up for an order that was not ready until an hour after scheduled delivery time. Called the store and according to my caller ID log it had been time. They added extra minutes to the order arguing about 18 minutes vs 8 minutes promised. The delivery driver for Uber said that they were rude and unprofessional. She said that if she was my food she would send it back
