This store does not carry the grilled chicken. If you order original recipe and take the skin off it is pretty close.Be careful. The parking lot is small and can be a little tough to navigate.
You have to recheck your order on everything this is the third time in a row order was wrong unsweet tea instead of sweet no gravy for the mashed potatoes no barbecue sauce for the chicken stripsWhen you lift 30 minutes away it's too far to run back around the corner and get the stuff that they miss putting in the bagI do have to admit what I did get tasted wonderful the gizzards was probably the best cooked of any I've got in the last 6 months Popeye's Chicken was hot and freshI saw the side items and small things they mess up on that makes the whole experience badAnd when you're in a drive-through with four cars behind you it's hard to sit there and take everything out of the bag or two bags full of food and look at everything to make sure that it's not missing

I purchased 8 piece meal my two sides being double mashed potatoes and gravy. The small bowls wasn't even filled half way with potatoes while the two containers of gravy was filled to the rim with both being ice cold. The chicken also was cold to touch, it had been sitting for what looked like forever. I heated it up in the microwave and even after the thighs was still pink near the bone and the meat tasted like blood ?. Even my two year old and four year old would not eat this food it was plain NASTY!. When I pulled through the drive through the back door was open and on the floor by it was small bags of butter being stepped all over, I should have taken hint from that but instead I spent $31.02 for a meal to go in the garbage. This place should be shut down.

Went there for lunch. My chicken sandwich was good fries were fresh. Took a star off because they forgot a biscuit that went with my girlfriends meal. Staff was rude. We pulled up and was reading the menu and the person who took the order was rushing us and was not friendly.

I would not call this a restaurant.It has been a long time since I had been to a KFC, just not long enough very disappointing.I guess I'll just have to remember how it use to be when you'd look forward to getting a family meal with a bucket and all the fixings or even when they had the small buffets. The buffets might have been small, but they were always good and fresh.
DO NOT EXPECT SAUCE OR FORKS!!!!!!!! It doesn't matter if you remind them every chance you get they will forget. Other than horribly forgetful associates the food is great.

Absolutely horrible customer service, I have never in my life experienced what I did today, I was ignored for almost 20 minutes and not one employee took my order, K2 was her name on her badge literally sat on the floor with her head up against the drive thru counter complaining about God knows what (Cramps) maybe ! Neveah store Manager sided the employees no matter what I said and made excuses after excuses when trying to speak to her about standing there and not a soul taking my order! A gentleman finally spoke up and said hello is anyone going to take her order. That’s when they all looked at me like a deer in headlights. K2 trainer it said on her badge was by far the rudest most immature person I’ve come across in this line of business it’s a shame they keep her there because I will never ever recommend this place as long as she is employed there. After reading reviews other people spoke about That K2 girl I will never understand why they would keep an employee like that. Utter nonsense.
