i don’t know who the lady at the window’s name was that worked the closing shift in 9/16 but i just wanna say thank you. my mom sends me out like that all the time and is so embarrassing. thank you for helping me out with an inconvenience but god knows i was the REAL inconvenience. ps lemon cake… not a fan😂😂

I went to the E. Silver Springs in Ocala, FL at 9:15 and the doors were locked. I went to the drive thru walking because I'm right across the street and was told to leave. I'll never go to Kentucky Fried Chicken in my life. I've been a customer for over 59 years and have never been more insulted. In addition Dominic told me to come back for my past order which was shorted 1 Fries and one piece of chicken in a simple 8 pc box. How bad can you treat your customers.

Went through the drive thru. Had to wait for order. On top of that when I got home it was wrong. The chicken was extremely greasy. Won't be going back there.

Went there at 8:30 could not eat in. Left hungry. I do not eat in the car. Went to the one in silver springs and they said it would be at least twenty minutes before they would have what we wanted and no tables to eat at. It will be a long time before I will ever go back to kfc.

Placed an online order and it said if you spend 15 or more on the app you get a free 8 piece chicken! Well when I went to pick up my food, they said they were not going to give me my free chicken! I just think that’s wrong!!
Me and my family went through the drive thru. It was very speedy. The building was clean as can be. The food was impeccable. Love it!
