I worked for Jay and see how nasty he lets the kitchen get .coughs a lot around food and will use food that has fallen on floor ..his 3 second rule .the dish room is disgusting..no real dishwasher..and never sanitize..don't be fooled..
Huge shout out to Jay and his crew! Labella's catered our Mother's going home celebration and let me tell you they did a fantastic job! It was set up by the time we got to the house and All of the food was hot and delicious!
