I went in to have them build me a smoker. After our discussion and deciding to order, I asked them if they needed to write my details down. They said no. I received 3 different emails from them for the estimate, bill and receipt, NONE OF THEM SAID MY DEPOSIT WAS NON REFUNDABLE. When I attempted to pick up the completed project the dimensions were wrong, special items never built and the craftsmanship was very sub par. I was told it was going to cost me an extra $1500 to complete the build that we agreed on the first day. I never took possession of the smoker, I contacted him and said how dissatisfied I was with his build and not completing the build as I requested. I guess their memory isn't as good as they think.Given the fact that it never stated the deposit was NON REFUNDABLE, I asked him to return my $800 deposit. Chris stated that he would. It's been almost 3 months and he now refuses to answer my texts or emails.VERY POOR BUSINESS, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.
