From the moment we began working together, it was clear that their attention to detail and strong work ethic set them apart. The food they provided was nothing short of amazing—each dish was crafted with care and presented beautifully. A standout highlight was their pizza from this past weekend, which was absolutely delicious and received rave reviews from our guests.

Let me begin with this is an absolute must try! We discovered Lets Eat Fresh catering for our recent wedding. We live in Orlando and our venue was located in the Ocala area. Naturally we wanted to sample the food prior to making a selection and were blown away at the quality & authenticity put into their work. We sampled various items from the menu and a must try are the arancini, chicken parmesan, lasagna and the list goes on. Given we had some time between the wedding we visited them at the store/local market on the weekend and stocked up samples. We became such regulars that we got to know them personally and shared stories with Maria, & Rosaria. We love watching their stories on Instagram and keeping up with them.
When we met with Rosaria to discuss our catering options she was extremely helpful in providing her expertise on suggested styles, quantities based on forecasted attendance. Even provided us with ideas and recommendations for the venue and other wedding vendors. We used Lets Eat Fresh as a one stop shop utilizing them as the bartender, catering, and even brought in the gelato machine for desert at our event which was a huge hit by all. Additionally we had them create signature wood oven pizza creations at our venue tailored to our audience and our taste's. They arranged payment plans on the total costs which as anyone getting married knows adds up quickly , even more were accommodating throughout the process of adding/removing participants with attention to dietary restrictions.
Day of they were punctual , extremely professional, with a prompt set up and teardown and packing of leftovers which we have been enjoying still.
For anyone considering catering options for a wedding or even just for a quick bite stop in and try for yourselves, you will be glad you did. To the Lets Eat Fresh team thank you for making my bride and I event a huge success! The Giunta's

What an incredible gastronomical experience my husband and I had here at Let's Eat Fresh Delicatessen! We visited for the first time yesterday and it's like a wonderland of Italian imported bakery items, olive oils, pasta and so much more! It was Italy transported to this delicatessen! Maria made our Italian paninis and, by far, they were the best we've ever had: made on fresh focaccia and absolutely out of this world Italian meats and pesto. We also had the homemade potato salad and it was also the best we've had and my almond cake (part custard, part cake) was heavenly! I am wanting to try their hot dishes next: lasagna, chicken parmigiana and more. My own Nonna was resurrected with this food. We were also helped by Rosini and Maria shared with me that her daughter Rosaria also is part owner. I would highly recommend anyone living in this region to take the drive here. It IS an Italian Wonderland of Foods. It's got a couple of tables so take-out is an option but we ate in. What a joy this deli was for us. Maria cooks with both love AND only the best ingredients. And you can 100% tell with the passion for food that she exudes when you talk to her. This, by far, has been my favorite experience with Italian fare since I moved from Miami to Citrus County in 2016. Yes, it's worth the hour drive for me. For sure and for certain... This is a must for anyone having a passion for Italian food: fresh, delicious and so very flavorful. Blessings to you, Maria and crew, for bringing us culinary joy yesterday with many more to come.
I finally decided to give this place a try on a Monday of all days and it was technically closed. I felt so annoyed I went al the way there and they were really not serving people and were in mid photo shoot. Looking back I really feel bad I didn’t just turn around and leave but my kids were so hungry and no other place between there and home. Maria was so gracious and still served me up some pasta and a brownie and they were amazing my picky kids loved it. Il be back but obvs il be good and it won’t be on a Monday 🙈 looking forward to more meals from here, DE LISH!

Let’s Eat Fresh was an answer to our prayer. Our wedding couple wanted all vegetarian in the form of Falafel Bowls and they came through with the most amazing meal. The meal was tastefully prepared and the staff was so helpful, pleasant and efficiently cleaned up and stored all the leftovers for us. It was a pleasure working with them and enjoying the effort that went into planning a meal designed for our wedding couple. They were so pleased and we received many compliments. Thank you Rosaria and staff, you were amazing!!!
