I don’t make a habit to talk about restaurants, I just give my experience… I walked into that place waited forever, while I can see the (Employee) standing in the back laughing and playing or whatever it is they were doing… and the pizza was extra greasy…. I spent $25 just to give it away to the unhoused gentleman standing a few yards from the place… I couldn’t eat that thing. Now I wouldn’t give something I don’t want to eat to anyone, but he asked and wanted it even after I explained to him why I didn’t want it.
Good pizza. Great service. Fair price. Parking is a challenge, sometimes.

So the website is all messed up right now.
First, it signed me out... after getting my order just right..... for no reason.
And then I couldn't log back in due to an invalid recaptcha token that didn't exist.... even when I used the desktop site instead of the mobile site.
Last, the pizza saver coupon for 20% off a second pizza did not work despite having two pizzas in my cart. It only applied once I removed the 9.99 pizza bites !?? So they lost out on $22 in revenue, and the delivery driver lost out in additional tips because the coupon gods can't get the algorithm straight. 🙄😡
And even after going through all of that, I couldn't even place my order because it logged me out.
So they once again lost out on a $65+ order.
And it's absolutely ridiculous to me that we can't even edit menu items to add extra cheese or sauce, knowing we will have to pay more for that.😲🙄🤦🤦

Food looked awful, tastes awful, and customer service was beyond atrocious. I ordered in the app and it said it was ready but I waited 15 more minutes inside the store just for it to have been ready and sitting in the hot box behind the counter. Will not go back.
