I've always been treated courteously. The food is consistently fresh and hot.

They don’t wear masks there and they seem to be understaffed.

Visited store 9-5-20 10:04 pm called ahead and waited 45+ minutes. Parking issue with White pickup parked across 3 spots when only 6 available. Thought it was a patron. No where for patrons to park while waiting in COVID-19 times. I asked all the patrons who was parked across the spaces & it was no ones. Mentioned to female employee & made comment employees. Asked why could not park normal or park further down shopping plaza for patrons to park. Just rolled eyes & then the male employee who looked like a drug dealer strutted out to truck not to move it but to let us patrons know it was him. He did not even care about the patrons having a parking issue nor did the female employee.

Dont go if you want deep dish its flat and corp. pretty much tells you tough luck thanks js scott from corp.

I have only been here a couple times and the wait is hotel. I believe first time was about 30 minutes when all I got was a standard pepperoni and cheese. Now waiting on the same thing for 20 minutes so far. A few others just left after not being greeted and now someone about to return a jacked up pizza. These are times for businesses but in order to keep your doors open. You can’t have customers walk out having never been greeted. So much loss for the store.

Cashier requested to pay $1.00 for a fresh pizza. They are doing this just in this location. What a shame.

Two of my pizzas I got were terrible. One of the cheese pizzas I got was completely burnt,and my pepperoni pizza was burnt and tasted funny won't be going back there again.

Waited 15 minutes for hot and ready. But kids love it.

Called to place an order and was on hold 33min and 39seconds. UPSET!

I bought a Deep Deep Dish Custom with Sauce, Cheese, Pepperoni, and Mushroom!Very delicious!I like it the best pizza!Soft crust um yummy, tasty, delicious,and it is so filling!I suggest coming here!

Love their pizza and hot and ready is true to it's name. My pizza was on the counter before I had time to pull out my debit card. Literally in and out in less than a minute. Even faster with pizza portal pickup.

I have not one time been able to pick up a hot and ready at this location.. EVER. I just had to wait 25 mins without exaggeration for a extra most bestest for the LAST TIME.
