Really nice and efficent server, food that we will come back for, but music was through the roof. We asked the server and the manager to turn the racket down, and the said (lame!) that corperate had to do it. Give me a break!

Terrible dinner!!! Salad came out after the meal, steak was overcooked, TWICE! Vegetables were cold. Manager was indifferent to our needs. Our server was trying her best but poor management and a sorry kitchen made for a very unsatisfactory experience!!! To make matters worse, we told the server that we were celebrating a birthday, nothing was done for our friends Birthday!! We will NOT be going there again!!!!

I ordered a steak (medium) Cobb salad and it came out practically raw, the waitress took it back and when it came back it looked perfect but it was only a couple pieces I could see and all they the salad was raw steak but I didnt want to keep complaining. Also, the waitress was very nice and we chatted but she wasn't very attentive and I had to ask for silverware, after my food came and that took forever; each time she left the area, I couldn't find her forever when I needed something. They just aren't like when they first opened :( Probably won't go back

Rolls were good and prime rib was okay. Other than that, the Margs seemed pretty watered down, the fries were soggy, the vegetables were basically still raw (maybe microwaved for 30 seconds), and it was very loud and pretty dirty with shells all over the floor. Probably won’t return.

Ordered a rib steak they didn’t have any They gave me a porterhouse. Asked for it medium it was well done in spots and raw around the bone. The waiter never came over and ask how everything was. When he did come over he reached over my plate and handed to go boxes like he knew the food sucked. !!! Service sucked

The bread is always the best part. The service here is great too but the steak is consistently bad. They just don't sell high quality stuff but the sides are worth it for the occasional meal.

If I could give zero stars I would. Was a birthday party for a family member. Took forever to get staff to take orders. Took forever to get food. Staff was terrible. Member of the party order a drink and it was horrible tasting she told the manger and He got an attitude say nothing he can do about it. Asked for medium steak got well done steak. Did not send back since it took forever to get the first one. Baked potato was terrible. My wife fries were very under cooked. I will never eat at Logan's restaurant ever again. Please do not ever eat or enter this restaurant. It was very terrible.

We were seated in the "backroom" which was dirty. Window shades and window sills coated in dust. Table sticky even after the server wiped it down. Food was not hot but warm. Sirloin steak on the tough side. Server not very attentive . We will not eat there again. I will be glad when Texas Roadhouse opens.

Logan's Roadhouse as a chain is not bad, but this location is awful due to poor management I assume. Went in yesterday with my wife, the restaurant wasn't too busy, and we waited an hour for our meals. I was hoping after such a long wait the food would at least be good but sadly my filet mignon that was ordered medium was extremely well done and tough, my fries served with it were cold and undercooked, I told the waitress and she said oh sorry it would probably be quite awhile to make the steak again but I can get you more fries. I was kind of taken aback that there wasn't an effort to fix it but after that long I just said sure because I just wanted to get out of there. The fries came back literally looking white. Not cooked at all. I can't believe they would even see food looking a certain way and bring it out. I told her this and all she did was try to offer me a dessert. I would have liked to eat the meal I ordered but it was clear that wasn't going to happen so she gave me the check and said the manager "adjusted it". They took $6 off for a whole meal I couldn't eat that was over $20 just for that meal. The manager never even came over to see what the issue was or try to fix it. So the attitude of this Logan's Roadhouse is basically "accept our over or undercooked food and deal with it or pay anyways". The whole issue of not trying to even fix something like this is totally a deterrent to never go to this location again.
