Steaks aren't prime and are over seasoned. I asked for light seasoning but they still were over seasoned. They either didn't get the message or didn't understand. My half & half tea refill was also super sweet. Didn't complain but they could have done better

This is to the manager of the store wesley.Hopefully I got that right????? We were there this afternoon.We had lunch.But we don't know the waitress's name because she didn't say it. We're sitting by the window.I had this salad.My wife had a burger. When's the last time?The windows were clean and the blinds were clean ???? They should be cleaned lease once a month.No matter what. So we were down with our meal.Waiting for the waitress to bring our ticket. So I walked into the bathroom, bad mistake for me to walk into that bathroom. Looks like it hasn't been cleaned. For at least a week, the towel dispensers were dirty.The floor was dirty, probably the walls are dirty too from people peeing on them. Those should be clean every day no matter what. So hopefully you will give me some feedback.Hopefully, you'll go out and take a look at those windows and blinds.And the window seals too, all right, thank you....

The worst customer service ever. Arrived and maybe 4 people in the entire restaurant. I said a table for 6 please, one is an infant. Was told we can't seat you until 50% of your party has arrived. I politely said, please seat us now as we world like to order drinks and appetizers. Was now told, we need to clear a table...please keep in mind, this location was empty by this time. Was ignored for a time, then I asked again and was told, still cleaning a table. So....here we are at Texas Roadhouse enjoying our table...waiting on the rest of our party and enjoying our drinks. Longhorn...you lost our business for a long time to come...by the way we are 30% tippers...your loss! Longhorn in Ocala, horrible

First the negative. It was extremely hot inside the restaurant but not unbearable. Service was slow, but efficient. The food was fabulous. I wouldn't order the parmesean crusted chicken and rice pilaf but my daughter said it was good, so I ordered it. It was excellent. The white sauce was not overwhelming. The broccoli was steamed perfect. Would I go back? It would not be my first choice. Cost was a factor.

Dirty everything, floor, tables, seats, ain’t no telling how that kitchen was looking. Management got upset with me when I asked him to wipe the table off. Lots of leftover crumbs from the party before us. I don’t know what’s going on, but I can never go there again. And I will tell my coworkers.
