This place was horrible. Two ladies working I put in an order for a cannoli one says she’s gonna do the other one in the back coming back in the front going in the back they totally just forgot about me so I walked out.

I had a really disappointing experience. When I called, the person who answered was talking to others in the background and didn’t seem focused on our conversation, which felt unprofessional. I only wanted a quote and asked if they could do a specific design (frosted pugs) for my sister’s birthday cake. Instead of listening, she cut me off and said, “I don’t even know what that is” and “I don’t know what pugs are,” in a very rude tone.
It was surprising because I was genuinely excited to order and support their business, but the way I was spoken to came across as dismissive and unkind. Honestly, I don’t know how businesses keep clients when they treat potential customers this way.

The owner was very friendly and we really liked her, but the food seemed old or not homemade.

little surprised at the few negative reviews, Mr. Honest Reviewer has 496 reviews....maybe he's paid. I wish i had taken a picture of the cake I picked up for my son's graduation from UCF this past Friday. I'm not big on italian deserts but this cake, for which the Owner recommended for my chocolate addict was OUTSTANDING, butter cream, chocolate frosting, fudge filling. intially i was surprised when i saw the cake wasnt dark brown, but figured hey just go with it. The light chocolate frosting was the perfect compliment to the rich chocolate cake and filling. IT WAS A HIT. it was beautifully decorated and she went above and beyond to make sure it was right. is the place fancy, NO, is it updated, NO, some of the best places to eat are humble. Tom's Ribs was one of the most famous rib joints in south florida, they started out as a shack on dixie highway and next thing you know theyre selling their sauce in publix. this place has been there since 1941 and it shows it how the food tastes. and it looks like what you would expect an italian bakery to look like. while i was waiting we were all hit by some amazing smell. the Owner indicated it was probably the sauce she was cooking. it looked so good i couldnt help but take some home and pasta. i only regret not getting a bigger size. that was the best italian sauce i've ever had and i was married to an italian. even though its a hike from my job, i have to go back asap to get some more of that sauce and maybe try one of those gorgeous cannolis. Thanks for making me look good to my Son. LOL.

Pretty sure they steal cake pictures and put them on their website claiming that it's their design. Guarantee they don't have a professional cake decorator. Just an old lady who decorated her kid's cakes when they were younger. Get your cakes elsewhere. I bet walmart could do a better job. Everyone should report them to the department of health of well.
Very friendly. Amazing bread! Will be back!

Super good bread. Great looking sandwiches, I haven't tried yet..
I highly recommend not buying anything from this place. The place looks very dirty. The hot food was just sitting out and really oily. They seem not to sell a lot of their pastries and food, so I just wonder how long it's really sitting out. The Health Department should really do an inspection here.
Upon entering the “bakery/deli” I was surprised by the lights being off and no air conditioning running, it was stuffy. We were not acknowledged by anyone other than the people standing in line waiting for someone to come out from the back. When she did come out we were still not acknowledged. The store was dingy and Italian products were slim pickings. Although they do offer Chinese and Mexican products .I was also thrown off by the recliners by the front door. All of the freezer cases are for storage instead of products for sale. Products were sparse in the bakery cases.
Needless to say we’re highly disappointed and wouldn’t recommend going there.
If I could get 0 stars it would be appropriate.
