The pizza does not look like the ads and has about half of the toppings it should, the customer service really isn't that good, and now they won't honor their discounts, such as their triple pepperoni, except online.
So if you go to the store to order and pay cash, you pay full price.
I am not sure why this place pushes me away as a customer so much, but so be it; I am done. Less hassle for less price at Domino's.

Pizza was extremely thin 52 and two pizzas it was not any good I don't know if it was because of two girls working in there or what it was because of a 8 in one other Marco's Pizza and it was fantastic very disappointed but they had good service

THEY NO LONGER TAKE CASH! I wasn't able to order online because they have no drivers so they use Uber eats instead and when I called they wouldn't except coupon over phone and they wouldn't let me pay cash to the driver! The manager hung up on me when I told him what an inconvenience it was and when I called back to ask his name he said hello and then immediately hung up.

This pizza place used to be decent. I've never been satisfied with the customer service while walking in to pick up orders. But my deliveries from here have usually been acceptable. Within the last two months they have a new woman driver. She's always been pleasant while dropping off food which my girls have appreciated. However the last two deliveries have been screwed up. The first was over an hour late and everything I ordered was wrong. I attempted to try again today, the food that was delivered looked like it had been dropped on the ground, all the cheese and pepperoni had slid off the pizza, the salad was popped open and everything was inside the bag. The salad was completely wrong and they shorted me on dressing. I hate to say it, but 2 orders arriving completely wrong I'd not stress about, but arriving looking like it was just dropped and delivered anyway is not OK. I'll be ordering food elsewhere from now on.

Wow y’all ripped me off! We ordered a large pizza added multiple toppings 4 toppings extra cheese, ground beef 2, jalapeños, large pizza! Paid cash and got medium pizza. Ok Manager said we will give you a cash credit? I don’t want! Then called another location to get direct answer, because the manager of the highway 27 was not truthful, they said to me, the highway 27 Ocala location has had many complaints. I don’t want my money back. U don’t care, but don’t rip people off then offer a well our pizzas are expensive! Liar tell the truth! You made a mistake, you offered us 27 dollar refund because y’all made a mistake! Never going to order from y’all again!

Constant mistakes and poor quality food, when you call to have them fix mistake youre met with attitude. Theres a bigger guy delivery dude who likes to make snide comments when delivering. The manager/owner guy is rude to staff if you go i to store. Overall this place has gone downhill. Dont buy from this location.

Ordered 7 times in the past week for a delivery. I am a retired police chief that had a stroke. The CHILD could not understand me assuming I was a drunk person. I simply asked for the manager asking to repeat the order. The manager got on the phone and claimed , I will not tolerate anyone disrespecting my staff. Here is for Marco's that went from being number 1 to be a ZERO. Nasty people a=with ZERO compassion. I will indeed escalate this to the corporate level. Every night , i ordered from this place... LAZY children.. Oh by the way, my fingers work perfectly. You do not care MR. MANAGER, I was a police chief and firefighter of 28 years? You are a BEAUTY. REFUSED to give your name.. ! Ordered up a delivery. Was advised it would be here in 30 mins. Called back an hour later was told out for delivery. Still nothing. Called again 30 mins later (total of 1-1/2 ) and now I was told it just went out 5 mins ago. Should of just picked it up.

I have been using this location for 3 years… tonight was the first time I had an issue with my order. I was missing an entire pizza I called the store and within 15 minutes they were back at my house with the missing pizza. The lady that brought it was very apologetic. This is the kind of service that gets you repeat customers and I will definitely be ordering from them again. Great job to everyone that was working tonight y’all did a great job….
