Reservation was a snap on their website #1. Because of the restaurant not being too busy we were seated earlier than our reservation and our table was set and waiting with menus. Our waiter Ian was not short of remarkable. It all the right spots, attentive, observant, and tactfully personable. He recommend the Delmonico Steak which was full of flavor and moist and tender. My wife ordered the Twin Grilled Lobster and nothing but good things to say. Asparagus, Mashed Potatoes w/blacken butter, seasoned mushrooms. Everything was delicious and mild light not dark like our Prime and Pearl dining experience. Lobster Bisque was to to die for with the fresh bread! We will return. Peanut Butter Pie& Chocolates Paradise 💕

Steak quality was as expected for the $$$. Sauce is a $5 supplement. In my case it was bearnaise what could have been better - cold and a bit too thick. A sauce is the crown on food . Bearnaise or any steak sauce needs to be made fresh what I doubt was the case here. The Crab bisque was good tasting but again too tick / heavy to my liking. The fettucine Alfredo idem, sauce too thick / heavy.

Our first time at Martin's and will definitely not be our last. The decor, service, and food so reminiscent of classic steakhouses in major cities. My Delmonico steak was cooked perfectly for me as was my wife's salmon. The sides are large and scrumptious.

Our food was excellent but service went downhill when we all ordered from the summer pice fix menu. I'm familiar with the usual service at Mark's and was hoping to impress four in our party who never dined here prior. The waiter never came back to check if steaks were done to the correct temperature or if we needed anything. No water or drink refills until requested when he brought dessert. He never even came to the table to see if we wanted after dinner drinks or coffee. We had to request coffee. If the staff has an issue with customers ordering from the price fix menu, they need to take it up with the business, not out on the customer.

Marks food and service never disappoints. Unfortunately the temperature in the restaurant was unbearable. It was so hot I couldn't fully enjoy myself as was the case with several of our party of 8. It hurts to spend that kind of money and not have the perfect experience.

The service was top-notch—our server was knowledgeable, attentive, and made great recommendations. Now, the star of the show: the steak. Cooked to absolute perfection, tender, juicy, and full of flavor. You can tell they take pride in using high-quality cuts and cooking them just right. The sides were just as impressive—especially the garlic mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus. Everything from the cocktails to dessert was on point. This place definitely sets the bar for how a steakhouse should be. Highly recommend for a date night, special occasion, or when you just want to treat yourself to a truly great meal!

The calamari appetizer was excellent. The red grouper special was great. The 11oz filet was tender and tasty. The baked potato, asparagus and ceaser salad was perfect. All the staff could not be more helpfull which made the experience making you loook forward to your next visit.
