I went to get lunch there and some Indian girl who had black hair was being incredibly disrespectful to me while I was ordering and took forever to get someone to bring my order. The food tasted like it was sitting on a shelf for an hour. I overheard that girl's name, her name was. Arianna. She is a horrible staff member and is rude to nearly all of her customers and fellow workers.

Haven't been here in years. It was always one of my favorites and did not disappoint.
Brought the family here on 6/30, was able to order quickly and get seated rather quickly, however when the food came out they forgot some items and got my daughter's order wrong which was sent back to be remade, to which they took a long time to get out to us, the floors were dirty and the mens restroom was disgusting, my sandwich The Turkey jalapeno crunch was good though, and my wife had the Spicy Turkey sandwich which she liked as well. Not sure if I'll give this location another Try.

I’ve been a long-time customer of McAlister’s Ocala, but my recent experience was disappointing. It took 15 minutes just to place my order, and then another 30 minutes for the food to arrive — this for a simple sandwich and salad, with no cooking required. Staff seemed to think this was normal, which was frustrating. The food was good once it finally came, but over an hour total for a quick lunch is unacceptable. If you want to eat here, you’re better off placing your order online 30–40 minutes in advance.
