I try so hard to give this place a chance but somehow the service speaks for itself and the photos. Also they left out my pickle.

I’ve been a long-time customer of McAlister’s Ocala, but my recent experience was disappointing. It took 15 minutes just to place my order, and then another 30 minutes for the food to arrive — this for a simple sandwich and salad, with no cooking required. Staff seemed to think this was normal, which was frustrating. The food was good once it finally came, but over an hour total for a quick lunch is unacceptable. If you want to eat here, you’re better off placing your order online 30–40 minutes in advance.

Very nice deli. Clean and efficient location with a pleasant staff. Food was good although baked potatoes were overdone. Looking forward to stopping again.

A good place to grab a quick bite.. I dont think they wash the salads... right out of a bag... Dont come here if you want French fries... but they do have baked potatoes... Not always fresh....
