The dining room is beautiful and clean the staff was friendly but I ordered 1/2 a blt and a salad. I got charged $2 for avocado I didn't want or ask for. If it comes on the sandwich then why did I get charged for it. I also got charged another $2 maybe for a salad but I'm not sure. The food came out very quickly. My husband got the New Yorker and he was very happy with it. My salad was a soggy mess and even though my food came out quick the bread was also a soggy mess. $38.69 for lunch I didn't eat. Dissapointed.

The Ocala fl location used to be good, however the past couple years it's gone downhill. They really skimp you on the salads in a criminal way. Its awful, not even a decent size. The villages fl location is great, so it must be the management here. I am really disappointed with this location in ocala fl. The Orders are wrong almost every time. I personally will never go here again.

Sandwiches aren't bad a little over priced. The Salads are very good. Mac-N-Cheese I wouldn't feed to my worst enemy. I'm not even sure if it actually had noodles in it they were beyond over cooked. Tasted more like soggy oatmeal.

The worst $34.28 I have spent for dining. Had two pick 2 orders, the turkey blt was okay, the french dip roast beef was over grilled (almost burnt) both had upgraded country potato soup bowels, both had about seven small potatoes pieces. They should sell as country potato broth!!! Not impressed, wouldn't recommend!!!!

If a place that is kinda known for potatoes is out of potatoes put up a sign or something. Don't make people line upto the door and then tell them as they try to order but when they do have potatoes they are spot on

I usually have a good experience at this McAlister’s but today, the food and services were lacking. The cashier who took mine and my friend’s order, checked our receipts for a tip in-front of us. When she didn’t like what she saw, she gave us dirty looks and became standoffish when getting our drinks. I also ordered the nacho basket which when it came, the cheese was cold and the chips were lacking, and was not worth the price of $9.99. Please do better.
NO REFUNDS per management and their corporate policy. After waiting over 40 minutes for one sub, I asked for a refund and was told they’re not allowed to issue refund refunds. I couldn’t even get the tip money back.
How can a retail establishment not offer refunds at the point of sale? I own franchisees, and I have never heard of such a thing.
This means two things -
1) the ownership does not trust the employees, and 2) the ownership is super greedy and wants to make it incredibly complicated for any customer to get a refund by going through a corporate office
Shame on this ownership group and location.

I wasn't going to give a bad review when the put wrong ingredient on our potato, and just let our food sit waiting to be bagged for no reason, but then we get home and the sandwiches were wrong as well. Asked to substitute cheese and then got none at all.

This place is a complete ripoff! I ordered the Choose 2, with a Chicken Ceaser wrap and Chicken Tortilla soup. The soup was good, and the amount of what to be expected. But the wrap was embarrassing for the restaurant to serve. It was literally the size of 2 chicken nuggets with almost no lettuce. It was equivalent to a quarter of one of their sandwiches, for $12!!! The kids meals were bigger for half the cost. I’ll never go back, this place is a joke!
