The orange juice has been extremely watered down for the past few times I've stopped. They have consistently served overcooked dried out hashbrowns and just bad food. If this wasn't on my route to work, I would never return, but that's life... Please get better..

What a joke. I pulled up to the drive through at 8 am. They wouldn't acknowledge anyone in the drive through... not a hold on or anything. They wouldn't even acknowledge you when you pulled up to the window. Multiple cars, like me, just drove off and left. If I owned this McDonald's, I'd literally fire everyone on this shift and start from scratch.

Naturally, after getting back on the interstate. Calm enough to eat. My burger was flatter than cardboard, dry, hard, and impossible to chew. Stop back next trip . Explain to vegan manager. She didn't care, wouldn't look to see if I would have same problem. Bad choice of locations to eat. Screwed at the drive thru

Now a days with the introduction of technology, I cannot understand why I must enter my order on a machine. If you offer an attendant to take my order in the drive-thru  why cannot expect the same when i take the time when i come into your store.
My personal feeling is that if the price remains the same for the drive-thru customers that are placing their order why i cannot expect the same when i walk into the restaurant and have a person take my order.
Machines do not pay taxes that benefit the entire community where you operate. Employees do.
The only person benefiting is the corporation not the costumers

Bathrooms are absolutely disgusting! No soap and no toilet paper. The sinks are filthy dirty like they have not been cleaned in weeks. I asked for toilet to the gentleman who was emptying trash and all he said yea I’ll let them know and shook his head. The dining area are all dirty as well. I have never been into a McDonalds this dirty. This place needs to be checked out i can’t even imagine how the kitchen looks. I have decided to eat elsewhere.
