Don’t use the curbside pick up spots - takes forever. Watched 22 cars go through drive through while I waited to get my order. Food was cold by the time I got it. App is good but they ignore the pick up spots because they are busy with drive through. Awful experience

Made a simple mobile order thinking it would be quick and simple. Somehow they manage to mess up my order 4 times on my visit. Complete opposite of what I wanted the first time. Second time they forgot a whole sandwich. Third time they came out to ask for my receipt and still came back without the second sandwich after taking it back then on the 4th time they finally came back with the remaining sandwich in my order. Ordered a bacon double 1/4# w/cheese xtra pickles xtra onions xtra salt med fry xtra salt which got messed up and they tried to fix it by giving me a mcdouble a 4pc and med fry 🤬🤬🤬 i highly DO NOT RECOMMEND going to this mcdonalds

It doesn't get much worse than this. This should be the benchmark of what McDonald's shouldn't be doing. Always slow service, particularly in curbside. 20 minute waits are standard here, often times more like 30 minutes. Then the food is cold, soggy, or dry. When you wait twenty plus minutes you'd think it would at least be hot. But no. All this lovely service is managed by employees that are often confused and disorganized. Clearly managed by a management team that rather do anything besides manage a restaurant. Definitely only a place to stop if desperate.
Parking: Parking lot has arrows that direct cars to collid head on. Then shrubs block views while entering and exiting.
