I donât want to damage this McDonaldâs reputation or the hard work of the team here, but I do want to share how I felt during my last visit. The staff who helped me were noticeably unfriendly. My order was handed to me without any warmth or courtesy, and when I said âHave a good dayâ as I was leaving, I didnât even receive a response.
I completely understand that employees can be busy and under a lot of pressure, but a simple âthank youâ or âhave a good dayâ takes only a second and makes a huge difference in the customerâs experience. I hope this feedback is taken as constructive criticism so that, in the future, the service can match the quality of the food.

One of the managers here, it has a problem. He's on night shifts. I haven't been to this mcdonald's in hot min i'm probably not ever coming back this manger had a problem with A coworker and the coworker was on the clock anymore. And then when it came to my order, yes, he had to make a nasty remark about my name.

They have recalibrated the tea? This locations sweet tea isnât sweet. I ask them to give me another tea and they said if I want it sweet I must pay .60 cents more. I have had McDonaldâs sweet tea for 20+ years and this isnât McDonaldâs sweet tea and why should I pay extra money to get what I ordered. I literally drive 15 mins to get it from another location when this location is a mile away. Some of the employees are very nice but the sweet tea sucks!
Terrible service food is not cooked all the way burgers were a mess didnt get napkins or any condiments in drive thru as was told to park as always did a get a chanse to get any condiments or napkins had to walk inside myself and ask for them after i stood at the counter for 5 min
