Very rude staff!!!! Second time I have been to the location and receive the same treatment. They act like your a bother and take forever to help customers, as they would rather stand around and talk to each other rather then helping.

This place is a joke at dinner time. Went through the drive thru and had to tell our order 4 times alls you hear is the teen girls giggling in the background then just silence. Finally a very nice lady finished our order and took care of us then we get fry’s that looked like they had been sitting for hours and were cold.

Picked up order when I got home didn't get 2 of my sandwiches try to called them to let them know of the issue see if I could get a refund no one answered the phone, I drove 25 minutes to get this I wasn't go to drive again to go get this on top of all that my hashbrowns were all oiled and smashed to the bags, I will never get anything from this place

I don’t usually get good service at any Macdonald’s. There is always something wrong with my order or missing and they always take forever. However, we were passing by and decided to stop and was greatly impressed by this location! Service was excellent, fast and everything was correct. We were literally in and out. I didn’t get the name of the young lady who took my order and made sure it was all good but thank you! I just had to leave a good review bc they definitely deserved it.
The folks working the drive thru have great attitudes and are very attentive. I truly cannot complain too much about the overall customer service. They do their absolute best. My only complaints are the food. I ordered sandwiches as well as a few burgers. All combo meals. Sandwiches were made correctly but the fries were definitely not fresh. Frappe machine & ice cream machine have been broken the last few times I've gone.

I ordered what I always order when I do go to McDonald's which is breakfast and I ordered a Sausage McGriddle meal with a caramel frappe with a shot of espresso Two Shots actually I didn't ask for pink whipped cream I'm not sure if something got confused no big issue but the food was ice cold and my drink was very unappetizing looking and it tasted like they forgot to Espresso regardless if they didn't or not it just was all wrong especially basically 13 bucks , normally I wouldn't even complain but when prices are going through the roof and I'm just trying to get something in my stomach to eat and a couple shots of espresso to wake up to take care of my 2-year-old shouldn't be a big deal why are they making it such a big deal
