Horrible! Orders never come out correctly. Something is ALWAYS missing from the bag. Desperately needs better management and training. I highly recommend you not go to this McDonald's. Fries are consistently cold. Burgers are dry. Buns are stale. If you're interstate traveling, go to Burger King, Popeyes, Wendy's or Wawa. Steer clear of this hot mess. Gives McDonald's a bad name.

This mcdonalds steals from you constantly.... between the times I order in doordash for extra souce and get charged only to get 0 souce.. today at 6:00pm couldn't get her name, given she wasn't wearing a name tag... but was definitely the night manager or supervisor... I ordered Mobil and picked up myself a 20 nugget meal deal ( I always check the bag before I leave given I'm always shortened on my sweet and sour.... the girl gave me zero, oooh again a 20 nugget meal deal... she tells me yes u supposed to get 3 I said ok but I got none? She rolls her eyes and gives me 2 .... I said this isn't enough for 20 nuggets I'm supposed to get 2 more... she says No it's 3 so I said ok well I'm still short 1... and she gets more upset with attitude tells me we'll I'm still gonna charge you even if I'm supposed to give you one more... I'm like but your supposed to give me it anyway.... she thought I was gonna give up and drive away but nope not me... I sat there parked the car counted out 50 cents and gave it to the lady she was training... she is very unprofessional and should be more informed with your ridiculous souce policy...and make an effort to deliver what you promise customers.
Good luck getting what you paid for. And when you go inside to ask for it after waiting half an hour in a drive through line you're ignored, skipped because their buddy is in line for a smoothie, they take forever and everyone is allergic to helping you. Enjoy the slow inaccurate service with a side of eye roll. ✌🏻

We always visit going back home from Soccer games in Tampa. This visit was fabulous. Great service at the counter. Clean restroom and dining area. Food was good. Keep up the good work.

Experience was completely horrible put in a mobile order retrieve my order had to fight with and argue just to get my full order when arriving at home and checking my order noticed most of my order was missing came back they fought with me about only being able to complete most of my order that they had gotten wrong and not been able to fulfill the rest of my order that they had forgotten to even give me when they did the exchange they still kept one of my sandwiches did not remake it and fought with me about wanting to give me it back horrible experience all around
