ordered food for my family and I on the app. Drive there and they tell me because i didn't bring my wifes phone with me. wich it was ordered from. That i'm out $30.00, i've got the order number right in my hand and was told oh well... cant get a refund on the app no food and wasted my gas.

Worst McDonald's Anywhere! Can't even get a mobile order correct. Sent my husband with the code and they refused him because he didn't bring the phone. They sure did bill me for the food and refuse refund! Bad bad bad!!! 484 McDonald's is by far Worst ever. I'd rather drive to Oxford and go to the one on Wedgewood Ln after this experience.

I stood at the counter to order for 10 minutes because I hate the computer and i want ppl to have jobs and work, before anyone took my order and I was not greeted.... Waited another 10 minutes for the food. The fries, cold, burgers, cold, chicken nuggets cold and hard.... Worst of all the food was so salty i could hardly eat it, spent 19 dollars and change on 2 regular and 1 double cheese burgers, 6 peice nuggets, 2 fries and 2 medium drinks.... Really!!! Hey Mc Donald's do better! Lower prices, make an effort with your products, and pay your ppl more ... Crap in equals Crap out!!!
Not a big fan of McDonald's, but the 3-year-old wants with the 3-year-old wants... I usually have pretty good experiences through the drive-thru since my order is very simple, but this was not the case. Around lunch time, 12:30, was not very busy at all so can't use that as an excuse. Ordered a cheeseburger Happy meal and a small fry for myself. I received a double bacon. Cheeseburger, which seems like an upgrade, but not to the 3-year-old. I was missing apple slices, and the fries were cold, the cardinal sin of fast food... Unfortunately I could not have my order rectified as I was already back on the highway. Moral of the story, double check before you drive away

First off let’s say the chick working at the first window must of been having a bad day cuz she dam near ripped the card out my hand n then basically threw it at me. Then waiting for my food they had me pull up n the chick that brang it out was even worse n now a day these children need to be taught how to respect people n at this place is not working I did not give them any attitude that’s just how them come n then the food hard af like I expected more from u guys n this will be the last time I come today 3/14 about 8:15am
