I ordered a Chicken Sandwich with extra mayo. They asked if I wanted pickles. I said yes please. All I got was a piece chicken on a dry bun. There was two of us.

Horrible but what do you expect... Pay more and be selective with employees. Until then, you get what you pay for, I guess (although prices have gone up... It's not cheap anymore, but hey, the uppers are getting plenty rich still!). This experience (amongst many others at other locations) reinforced my stance to never eat at one again.

I ordered food and we ate it! About 10 minutes later we were asked very rudely to leave and that pets were not allowed. I told the manager he was my service animal and he then said he did not care and for us to stop charging our devices and to leave. If we were not buying anything else for us to go. Now he said this to no one else but us! I know that we are not perfect and we were not eating but we did just eat and were not there more than 10 minutes. He did not have to be so cruel and so heartless! I could understand if it were busy but it wasn't!

McDonald's mission is to serve food, which implies taking simple food orders and handing the food over to the customer. I have tried to do business with this company, but they simply do not want to take my order. They see me at the register, yet no one takes my order. They want me to use the kiosk. Let us all help McDonalds handle their service problem by simply making a conscious decision not to return and seek another choice.
