We’ve been waiting over 1/2 and hour for a single double quarter pounder and multiple people Have came and gotten there food. We ordered earlier in the day and they also took forever to bring the food out so it was cold they messed up the order and got it wrong somehow a chicken sandwich was mistaken as a wrap

Hot fries fast service, although interesting concept of economics, short them the drinks, make them afraid to ask for said drinks, force them to rebuy said drinks... nice girl behind counter realizes what happened. Still out $5.79.

The staff here is absolutely completely horrible their attitudes are horrible bad vibe the minute you walk in they don't want to be there they don't like their jobs they're not friendly there's no communication they almost resent the fact that you walked in I want nothing to do with these places or these people it's absolutely horrible the way they act the whole staff including management I wouldn't recommend this place it's garbage the attitudes are terrible

The staff is very rude. Instead of Splenda they put sugar. So make sure and ask for the splendor if you use Splenda and mix it yourself. Talking about coffee!
This is the worst McDonald’s in Ocala. They always clear out your mobile order then get an attitude and ask you for your whole order again when you get to the 2nd window. Get your process right or quit doing mobile orders.
