I forget to order something got to window told me go thru drive thru again or come inside yeah after waiting 15 min just bunch rude workers drive lil further to next arches anywhere but this location update oct 24 went back again wrong order this manager needs be gone clearly no one there give a crap update 2/20/25 sign in window says 2 for $4 ,,,I said to person at window she got manager " what'd yout problem...yup last time ever no winder your sakes down 32%

Always check your bag before leaving.. they almost always forget something.. You can't make this up.. SIX Piece nugget with a "double checked for accuracy" sticker on it.. WITH ONLY 4 NUGGETS INSIDE!!??
I used to have a great review of this location. However, to the management, there’s a woman in your drive through wearing a blue shirt right now that is just rude. I ordered my food, I come to McDonald’s in a rush not because I frequent. I ordered my food that person was nice. However when I got to the pay window I let the woman know I had a code and she then informed me that next time they couldn’t take codes in the window. She then proceeded to get rude with another employee that she was busy. The person I had on the phone over heard it all and was surprised at her tone and attitude. I understand an overwhelming day or rules but the attitude was a bit much.
The second girl that handed me my food was like a bright light of sunshine though.

The 2nd shift crew is a great team of employees that work amazing together to get customers their food fast and done how u want with everything. U wanted the first time..Jennifer is a 2nd shift manager that has her serve safe certification which is good to know that they have a knowledged and experienced personnel on staff..
