The atmosphere is like a high school cafeteria. The girl manager does not manage or pay any attention to the rude and lazy crew. She is always in the back on a laptop.6 employees sitting and who knows if working or not. They were doing scheduling.One had a baby on her lap while doing paperwork. They were loud and yelling across the restaurant.The floors were cluttered with trash, the tables were dirty, and they had reserved signs on paper on 6 tables to I guess limit what they had to service.One crew member always wears slippers every time I come in.Did not feel comfortable at all here.Also the server reeked of pot.Terrible.

As far as I'm concerned, this is the best mcds in Ocala. Rarely do I wait for more than a few minutes after placing order. The crew is efficient, and just a important, always courteous and friendly. Never have I had a cold French fry nor an old 1/4 lber patty. The one time I had an inaccurate order, it was corrected quickly without attitude. Yes, I know it's just a McDonald's, but I like to recognize great service and quality product when deserved. Great job, team! ?

Good food. Staff was a bit grumpier than most. Maybe all of them had a bad day?? Over all I had a good experience. Went through drivethru so I cannot comment on interior of stores condition. Exterior could use a lift but not nasty.

Horrible customer service, they never get your order right, and definitely never a good experience. Do not recommend.
Gave my bag to the customer ahead of me. Of course I could see the customer complaining to the employee at the window as they're looking and digging in and breathing in my bag. They hand The bag back to the employee and quickly received their order and pulled off. When I pulled up the employee tried to hand me the same bag that that customer was breathing all in and digging in. I confronted the employee to let them know I could see straight through the windows that that guy just dug all in my bag with his face all in it. The employee refused to remake my order and pretty much forced me to take the bag from the previous customer. This is not the first bad visit I've had here. I hate that it's the only one close to my travels. I will definitely make a point not to revisit.

Always clean! Had fast service inside for breakfast. Which is not always the case in fast food, the restaurants always are more concerned serving drive thru. But this restaurant has great, fast inside service! Ordered an egg McMuffin and a couple breakfast bundles for $2.69 each. Includes sausage biscuit and hash brown.
