Since McDonald's no longer puts tea on the counter for the free refills, (unlike sodas) getting a tea refill is like pulling teeth from a turtle! Customer service sucks.

Awful experience. Stood in kiosk for 10 minutes. No one greeted me and TWO employees walked right by me. There was also someone behind me in line. Didn’t even get to pay for my food, let alone order. Never going back, or even for drive thru. Awful experience and I hated every second of it.

The food was good. Hot and freshly made. The service isn't consistent. You have to check to see if condiments were included. Got the Big Breakfast and no butter and jelly for the biscuits.

Stupid slow?Don't really see the reason a lot of times there's not anybody inside.And there's only two or three cars in the drive through with a double lane.I set there ten minutes and drove off.And this is not the first time, not to mention.They constantly get your orders wrong.This is the worst mcdonald's in ocala

Had to wait to pay @ counter , missed stuff on my order, had to go around the counter just to get someone’s attention, will not be coming to this one again.
It's impossible to find good customer service now a day. I had a mobile order and when I got to the window I asked for a cup of water they said they are charing for that now which is insane but I said that it was OK and that I didn't mind paying for it the person at the window got an attitude with me and gave me a cup of ICE and closed the window. I wished that was the end of it but when I call the store I asked to speak to the manager and the lady on the phone said she was but I never got a name and she did not care for my frustration. It's very disappointing to see because I work in customer service as well and I know sometimes it can be challenging but never did I raise my voice or speak rudely so to be treated like that was very insulting I will not be coming back.
