I really enjoy coming to this mcdonalds in the mornings for my coffee. They are super friendly here and always have everything just right. Never had any issues with them. It does get busy here at times because they are really good.

This store used to be very pretty, in terms of to look at and customer service. But now, the drive-through is atrocious. Whenever you try to speak to the person on the other end, they constantly complain about you being too quiet, even though you’re basically screaming into the speaker itself. And they have promotions that they do not honor, I tried using my mobile app for a discount and free fry. And they still charged me full price for my meal? How does that make sense? I put it as two separate orders as well, so to make sure that it doesn’t mess anything up in the app. My fries were not salted at all when I got them, so what was the point of the free fries. you just gave me basically a somewhat cooked potato. The chicken nuggets that I gave my daughter were somehow slightly cold? How do you do that with something that you drop into a deep fryer, so either those chicken nuggets were out for a while, or somebody lifted them too early. and that’s not even getting of other things that the store needs to work on. I remember when I used to live at my mom‘s house in high school, and I was working at this McDonald’s, and these issues were prominent back then as well. And nothing has really changed. That’s disappointing, it’s been about 10 years now. I finally have to make a Google review because of how disappointed I am in this place.

We frequent this McDonald’s as it’s conveniently located on the way home from church. We typically order table-side on the app (to get points or use a deal).
Almost every time we order breakfast on Sunday morning, the staff forget something on the order. Most of the time it’s salt & pepper, or jelly for the biscuit. Today, they forgot the drinks. We had to go back up to the counter and wait for a clerk to (1) acknowledge me and (2) give us our cups.
I’m not sure if it’s understaffed or there is just poor customer service training.
This was the cleanest and the best customer service I've had at any McDonald's in years. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I just want to say, im not a mcdonalds eater and I decided to go to this mcdonalds becauae i just needed something quick and easy because i was in a rush.
35 minutes later after being stuck in the drive thru (once your in theres no leaving) and then got my order wrongm wtf was the point in even going if i wanted to waste my money and time i would have just done that myself.
