This is the slowest McDonald's. And at lunch forget about it. 19 minutes for all the cars to be parked and the food to be brought out. They are bad at breakfast, I have to go in from now on to make sure the kids have syrup with their pancakes. And why ask if you want sauce with your breakfast burritos if you arnt going to put it in the bag anyway. It took so long the order could have at least been right.

We stopped for breakfast on the way up the freeway. The food was hot and tasty and our drinks were good. The only thing that was odd was they didn't have a fountain drink machine. I have never seen that before in a McDonald's. If were were having lunch we would have gone somewhere else to be able to get refills.

Im on vacation from Tn and this is the first place we stopped to eat at in Florida. OMG when I say the best, cleanest McDonald's I have ever been to. Spoke with worker Doug and several others. They were the best and sweetest. Hope to stop back by before we leave. Keep up the great work.

Good service. Late night food run. Food was hot and order perfect. Staff was friendly and great, no complaints here.
I ordered curbside pickup, a manager named Junius (not sure on the spelling) handed me my order. I drove home only to discover i was missing two large fries. I quickly drove back to the mcdonalds to get my fries. I in inquired about getting my food being remade so i could have fresh food. I was told no, i could only get the fries or a refund for the fries and no fries. This answer as extremely unsatifactory as it is, is at least somewhat understandable from the corporate perspective. However, during the whole conversation with junius he was very short with his answers and constantly rolled his eyes at me as if i was inconveniencing him when he forgot the fries in the first place! So on top of a bad solution to my problem i was treated extremely poorly by the manager as well. I will not be returning to this location while he is on duty.

I avoid this McDonalds when I can, I will go to other McDonalds in town before going here. Always a problem. Went in there last night because it was in a part of town I need to be, I was 2nd in line. Took 17 minutes after I ordered to receive my food. Food sat on the counter in the kitchen getting cold while they waited for a sandwich to complete the order. There's usually something wrong or it's slow. There was probably at least 8 people working. Drive thru was steady and a customer came inside every couple minutes.so no real reason for the slow time. I worked in fast food 25 years ago, we had 4 people working dinner and nobody ever waited over 10 minutes, most people got served in under 3 minutes which was protocol. No trays, they just throw everything in to go bags. Wiping down trays must be too much work. Manager was nowhere in site while I waited 17 minutes, she came out after I got my food as she had to go out to the parking lot to clear cars for a delivery truck that was on it's way. $20+ for a happy meal, $6 meal and a $8 big mac meal.

Food was awful and service was the worse I have ever had. Sat and waited for food for over 25 mins. I walked out and gave my CC a call & disputed it. KFC next store was fire, I will go back to KFC.
