They had to be prompted for a tray,had no napkins,floor was out of whack ,medium fries qualified for small and I doubt I'll be returning.

Whats Corporates number.Store refused to give it to me. That manger in there named Alex i believe is the rudest thing thats walked this earth. This is not the first time I've had a problem with her but the first time putting it public. Had the drive thru window closed in my face while I was simply trying to ask a question. Then could hear her making remarks about me as she walked away. The cashier even witnessed it and was shocked. The cashier tried to tell the manager but Alex walked away. McDonald's if you really cared. Your action would show it. That manager is rude everyday. I ended up tossing my kids food out because afraid that it was tampered with. It took forever for 2 kids meal to be made and I didn't trust that lady. Action shows you care. I dont feel good returning while shes there. Clean your staff up and you'll get positive reviews.

Rude drive through service. The order was wrong and the manager argued with us instead of just remaking ONE of the four sandwiches. Then we proceeded to just ask for our money back and they refused. Called cops on us for sitting in drive through waiting to get our money back and left with our food inside that they took back and refused to refund us a dime because two sandwiches had been eaten off of. Never in my life have I encountered such terrible customer service. I’m really just flabbergasted at this experience. Then I read reviews and it’s not just me!! The morning manager is NOT manager material. Petty and ready to fight over a sandwich instead making customer happy. Thanks, we just wasted 30 min and 35.00.

Super clean and the staff was very friendly. Absolutely the best experience i have ever had at a McDonalds. My order was placed with a very mannered human being, not a kiosk and my food was delivered to my table. While i was eating my meal another very polite staff member came over and checked to make sure everything was as expected. Definitely a great place to eat and the work environment iand attitude with the best

First time I've been inside a Mickey D's in a LONG time and ALOT had changed. I very much disliked the kiosk and that there was no cashier. It was a very impersonal and uninviting. There were also no napkins or drink bar available. It was a very strange experience that I wouldn't recommend.
Worst mc Donald’s in ocala, waited over 10 mins for just sauces in drive thru while night shift talked to their friends in the car ahead of me. Plus everytime ive came here ive always gotten pulled up and had to wait

I have lived here 13 years and this mcdonalds never fails as being the worst of the worst! The ugly wood paneling makes the employees and the guests feel like a trailer park nightmare. The disgusting never cleaned quiosks speak for themselves. The employees LOL don't care at all! Just goes to show the franchisee does not care either. A personal friend of mine has been a manager there for years and all she says is her hands are tied. This is 100 percent a franchisee problem. Disgusting! Do better Mcdonalds get rid of owners like this!

Was just in there at 3:40 try to order two number 9 meals no ketchup no mustard and dont need the drinks girl behind the counter didnt even understand what i wanted and her attitude i understand dont need to have the biggest iq to work there bt wheres the common since still got charge for the drinks that they just dumped out and my meals where wrong when i got home needless to say i wont be going back there ill drive the extra miles to a different one i can understand an accident but plan stupid i can not

I used the app for the time. Ordered the fish and fries. I just live 3 blocks away. It was obvious after I got home that the fish was warm not hot. The frys were cold. Ok so a week later I thought I would give them another chance. Again I used ap. Ordered the chicken sand and frys. The chicken was not fresh and the tomatoes, two slices, were no bigger than a quarter and ab out as thick. I had not eaten at McDonald's sense COVID. Thought I would try. But never again they have gone way down hill.
