There was no one else in the drive-through line, I went through it, and they sent me to a parking spot to wait for my food. 14 minutes later, there’s still no food and I had an appointment to be at. I had only ordered a burger without a meal. It’s supposed to be fast food and the service here is terrible every single time. I ended up leaving without my food and the charge of my credit card later. Terrible Service.

Burger was completely raw. Sign on door says no pets . A man with a dog was allowed sit and eat there but the worst part was as 2 of the employees came over to pet the dog then went back to cook. That’s disgusting. ? I love dogs but not in my kitchen. Plus this is a violation of restaurant sanitation standards.

Got put in spot four from the drive through along with six other cars while I was waiting. Then they have the same older lady carryout every customers food one at a time to the cars. It was as though they were on the verge of elderly abuse. Never again. Not to mention my food wasn't correct.

Rude lady working skinny girl with red hair in pony tail taking orders through drive thru. She was very rude came here about 10:30 they close at 11. Asked for 2 seconds as soon as we pulled up to figure out what my son wanted to get to eat on his birthday. She told me no she needs to hurry up and get through this line.SMH what a rude lady.

The McDonald's on 27th in ocala is the rudest young people in there i went thrugh drive thru i ordered just a hot coffee the young man gave me an ice cold coffee with the grinds in it i asked for another cup that was fresh he had me park for 15 min never came back out i went inside the establishment and ask what happened he laughed the manager was a young person and she thought it was hilarious i don't go there any more very unprofessional ??????
