Have enjoyed every visit there. The staff is friendly and the food is yummy! The karaoke on Thursday nights is fun with many “regulars” that come to participate. The new “rollz” are great.
Terrible! I order food for a birthday and the pizza is so hard you can barely chew it and the wings were burnt. Panicking because we had no food for the party I reorder the same thing and it was just as bad! Call the “manager” Kim I think was her name and she says there’s nothing she can do for me. Won’t remake the food, gift card or anything. She says “I just work here” what a poor manager.
We asked to be seated outside because of how loud it was inside. Waited 10 minutes for our waitress to take our drink orders. Waited another 15 minutes before those came back. The pretzel appetizer was another 30 minute wait and were so dry. The marinara sauce looked like it came straight out of a can. I don’t even think it was stirred. And it was cold.
