If you’ve never tried it, the Fiocchi Mandarino is an absolute must. Pasta purses stuffed with gorgonzola and roasted pear, finished in a Grand Marnier brown butter sauce with toasted pecans—it’s rich, balanced, and unforgettable. Easily one of the best pasta dishes I’ve had anywhere.
From service to execution, Mesa de Notte delivers every time. Highly recommended.

Restaurant has two entrances which we thought was a little weird. We sat down at a nice table and started off with some wine. We we ordered the arancini which said it had pepperoni in it. We cut it in half and there was no pepperoni in it in the middle of it was cold. We notify the waitress and then comes the manager. He told us that it was for a catering and he would take half of the bill. I don't know why he would offer that and not offer to fix it? But we told him we only ordered it because we thought I had pepperoni in it. Instead of offering to make it properly you decided to take it off the bill which I thought was a bit weird. The chicken marsala was good. But they don't tell you that they charge you $8 upcharge to switch from pasta to risotto when they're literally the same exact price on the ala carte menu. I ordered the veal osso bucco which was flavored well but a little dry...
Overall it seemed like they tried but the follow through wasn't there. We may come back and try it again one day when it's not the holiday season...
Just had supper there. Wow! It was delicious. I had the cannelloni and my hubby had the lasagne. Delicious and flavourful. Took home the carrot cake and it was presented beautifully and was also delicious. Service was top notch and very professional.
