Went to Ale House for our 20th anniversary (12/24/23). I ordered the Prime Rib. I had to send it back cause it was ice cold. The fat was solidified. She brings it back out less than 5 minutes later and it’s still cold. Then she ghosts us. I had a baked potato and a salad for my Anniversary Dinner. Then the manager doesn’t even care. What a waste of time. Definitely not a memorable experience for our 20th year Anniversary.
