My two friends and me had lunch recently. Most of us hadn't been there in quite a while. One had soup and sandwich which she said was very good. My other friend had omelet with potatoes. She also ordered a blueberry muffin which came out warm and she shared. Wow that blueberry muffin was huge and delicious! I had the quiche florentine and potatoes. The quiche was perfectly baked and so tasty! Unfortunately the breakfast potatoes were tiny and overcooked. I would get the house salad instead next time. Our server was so attentive.

I haven’t been to Mimi’s in a long time. I remember I had there such a good comfort food and their bread pudding was outstanding. I’m sorry to say that it has become a “Sysco” restaurant. “Heat and serve”. Reminded me of airplane food. Not for me. I’m looking for home made food with the least processing. Sorry….

The salmon my friend and I both ordered was delicious - cooked well and well-presented, along with two sides and soma garlic spinach under the salmon. The portion size was just right. Service was good; The restaurant is a little dated but charming nonetheless.

I’ve always really enjoyed a visit to Mimi’s however it’s been over a year between visits. Recent breakfast September 2025, I was very disappointed. Eggs Benedict was really subpar. The muffin was toasted on a grill with strong flavors that don’t go together with breakfast, gag. The poached eggs were very undercooked and the hollandaise sauce was very thin and flavorless, the potatoes were dried out and burnt. Overall, a very disappointing overpriced meal that couldn’t be consumed. Our server didn’t seem to care or notice most of the food remained on my plate, uneaten. Will unfortunately have to look elsewhere before going back to Mimi’s.
