Today was my very first time eating at this place I was super excited to try it.For starters the customer service was great kudos to the cashier, the food was DISGUSTING I would never come back here the only thing that was good was the chips an fountain drink,glad I didn’t pay full price bc I would have returned the food instead of trashing it,I would prefer chipotle bc this was very disappointing.

Let me start by saying my review is not a reflection of the young man who was working in there all by himself while his partner was hanging out with her boyfriend in the break room. This poor young man was hit by a car earlier in the day and still worked all alone for the at least 40 minutes. We stood inside this store waiting that long! Mind you, he was fast fast fast and it still took forever. He changed gloves between everything too! The food was terrific but this poor kid had to do everything himself from taking orders, making to go orders, cutting up new food and cashing people out. I don't know who runs this operation but that is just absolutely atrocious behavior to ask that much from one employee! I'm shocked. There was a huge spill in the store, I placed the wet floor sign as there was nobody in sight to assist. I usually love Moe's as a franchise but whomever owns this particular one. Do better. You need to do better.

I had an amazing experience here. The service was fast, smooth, and honestly better than I expected. Wesley and Megan were incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went right. Highly recommend this place for anyone who wants excellent service and an awesome team.

I ordered a burrito steak and it was pink, cold, and tasted awful. The employee explained that's how it's made now. The rice was terrible! The quality of the food at this place has gone downhill drastically. Honestly, I won't be back. Expensive and very low quality food.

Staff was very friendly and helpful with picking the best options for the best price. He even made fresh guacamole for us! Took our food to go and when we arrived home, the quality was terrible. The adobe chicken was dry and the texture was odd. The rice was dry and over cooked. I didn’t even eat my food. That was extremely disappointing but the service was great!

First time here. Got Moe's value meal, a junior burrito chips with queso and a pop for $10. Very good and more than I should eat for lunch. Liked their sauce bar too.

Wesley and Alejandro made our night! We swung by to pick up our mobile order bowls after the gym and they were amazing! They welcomed us warmly and Joked around the whole time with us like they'd known us forever. These guys are great. I've never had better service here ever!!

We visited Moe’s on Sunday October 12, 2025 Wesley was all alone and running the restaurant he still provided fast friendly service! Unsure of the reason behind him being alone but he was working very hard! The restaurant was very busy and lots of mobile orders ….. Ty Wesley your service was very appreciated
