People were very nice but that's all I can say. Place was dirty, from the time you walk into the hall to the bathroom, it was horrible! There was no sauces left in the bowls. The tables were not even wiped off and the furniture hasn't been updated since it's opened probably. Can't even use the excuse that it was too busy because the Manager was even on her phone. Won't go back to this location...someone needs to pay attention to their business!

Horrible coverup to make it look like, small portions, dirty table and out of 9 people visiting no one was greeted. Booths are not fixed down and are dangerous just to use because they move. Kitchen has broken counter tops. Not a good experience

We used to eat here all of the time, however, since the old manager left like a year to a year and a half ago it's been awful. The place is absolutely filthy, you'll slip in one spot and stuck in another. No tea, no WELCOME TO MOES, no smiles, everyone looked pissed off and miserable. When we came in they only had 6 people sitting down eating so they were slow and we stood there for over 5 mins before they said anything to us, when they did say something it was what do you want. The dips tasted so old, the homewrecker was bland and everything felt grungy. I miss old school moes here in Ocala, now all we get is a filthy building with management who doesn't care and a staff that would rather be literally anywhere...... do better

I forgot to take a picture, but I got an adobo chicken bowl for the first time and it was amazing. I put almost every topping on the bowl and they all tasted fresh. I was on a short work break, but I was able to order, eat, and make it back due to quick service. Would definitely eat here again. The price is reasonable for how much food you get.

The customer service in this establishment is non existent. I had taken a 4 month break from going here because of how rude and unmotivated the workers here were (food was atrocious to say the least) and even after that long break it seems like they cant even muster the energy to fake some decent customer service. The workers here are rude and make it very obvious that they don’t want you there, regardless of how nice you are to them. Also, the establishment itself? So dirty and disgusting.

Normally this location is an all 5 but me and my fiance stopped in for dinner last night and I have to say it was my worst meal from Moe's in general! Everything in our bowls tasted burnt, the rice and street corn were under cooked which I get sometimes it happens but we couldn't eat anything because of the burnt tasted vegetables. A waste of money and we live on the other side of town so time too.
This place has really fallen off in the last few years. It’s dirty and the customer service is not great. I used to really enjoy this place too.
