Food was incredible, service was impeccable. I wished I lived in Ocala - I would eat here all the time.

The food here is always good. A scratch kitchen and everything is delicious . Once a month 5 course wine paring dinners that are fabulous, even stuff I don’t like.

We made our second visit to Morevino last night with a new friend. Our first visit was amazing and we hoped the second would be equally satisfying. We were not disappointed! Our friend had the pork tenderloins and was totally wowed by the meal. The filet mignon as well as the blue cheese covere NY strip was fabulous! I am so happy I remembered to get photos this time! Our server did a great job taking care of us without hovering, the live music was lovely and I'm pretty sure the chef made it out to every table to see if everyone enjoyed their dinner. Highly recommend.

Group of six had a holiday dinner on a Tuesday night. Had a delicious meal of the Salmon Pasta. Others at our table had the Seafood Risotto and the Lamb Chops. Did not get five stars as the Dirty Martinis were not what we expected, and the live music was loud and we could not hear each other in conversation. Would return but not on a night with music. Perhaps pair the meal with wine in the future.

We chose Morevino for Christmas Eve dinner we arrived on time early and decided to sit at the bar to have cocktails. Then we got our table. We ask for it to be seated on the wall with a nice view, but we’re denied that because it was a Four Tops then we got sat at a hightop, which is also a for top, we ordered our dinner. My pecan encrusted grouper was unappealing in sight and taste and then after the evening was done an hour later, I walked past the exact table that we requested and it was still open. I’m not happy because it was a special occasion we were treated like , nothing mattered and the food just wasn’t that great and the service wasn’t great

I held a Holiday Party at Morevino for my employees in December of 2022. We had an incredible experience. I coordinated everything with Bri who was on top of things, helpful and polite. Brian is the Chef and helped to coordinate food options and accommodate a Vegan within our group. He checked on our party personally several times, taking time to discuss the wines ordered. Our Server was Victoria who handled our mildly rowdy group like a pro. Amazing charcuterie boards and fantastic steaks! I highly recommend Morevino and their team, really great place!

Creative preparations of excellent menu choices. We enjoyed the Macadamia nut crusted grouper. Sticky Ribs and Chicken Morevino along with appetizers of crab cakes and seared salmon and desserts of Snickers Cheesecake, Triple Berry Cobbler and carrot cake. Service was attentive and courteous. We were very pleased with the whole experience.

An update: was messaged by someone saying they wanted to get with us to make this right. Never heard from them again. I notice that it's the same schtick used with anyone who writes a poor review. Obviously this is for the folks reading the bad reviews, wanting to make them think they really care. The restaurant is beautiful, smallish. They could seat us right away @ 6:45 on a Saturday nite It was a good 20 mins before we finally got a drink order in. Had to find our waiter to get our food order started. Two couples: one couple split the 12oz burger, requested the burger medium, and the caprese salad, dressing on the side, the other couple each ordered the filet medium, and the pork tenderloin. And then we waited, and waited, and waited, and waited. Finally the food came. Burger was well done, fries literally cold, salad swimming in dressing. Filet was cold, and charred on the outside but inside was ok. Pork tenderloin dinner was good but only slightly warm. The person who I'm assuming was the manager was confrontational, comped the burger, did not bring us a fresh one so we basically went without dinner after being there 1.5 hours hoping for food. Our waiter was nice but the kitchen must be a disaster. No competent chef would send food out like that. The entertainer was good, great voice and song selection, but way too loud for the size of the place. Obviously won't go back.

We stopped by here for post-dinner drinks and to explore the downtown Ocala scene. We liked the vibe, very laid back and great music. We ordered a glass of malbec and pinot noir, and shared a buffalo cauliflower appetizer (special of the night). Both wines were excellent and we both loved the cauliflower. It had chunks of blue cheese in it that were melting into the buffalo sauce, making these beautiful swirls of creamy white in orange. Would definitely come back another night to try more wines and sample more of the appetizers.

This is a pretty place, very small, and too loud. We spent two hours there because of the wait times in between courses. The servers were good but the wait for food was ridiculous. It felt as if this was intentional so that we would order more beverages. Water glasses were not kept full. My meal was good, others in my party were extremely disappointed. The bread came out after the appetizers which meant we were sitting there with only drinks for a good 30 minutes. Many of us felt that the risotto and pasta were lackluster. The lamb and steak were very good. One of my companions received the wrong order twice (it was taken off of the bill)In all, I am glad we tried it, however I am not rushing back.

The charcuterie board was large and amazingly diverse. The knowledge of wine pairings here is unlike anything else in Ocala.

Great atmosphere, great service, but the food was not good. Macadamia crusted grouper? Very little grouper if it at all, it was dry and laid in a sauce that was not tasty at all. Rice was a blob of cold rice, but the squash was good. Way over priced for the flavor and portions.

The server was wonderful. She made our lunch a great experience. So for service — 5 stars! The food was good. But the prices for a salad and a wrap were high, even in this inflationary time. I don’t mind paying more for exceptional food, but the lunch was pretty standard and did not include any extra touches that would make me believe it wasn’t overpriced. I plan to try Morevino for dinner and see if the food is a little more exciting.

Definitely check this place out. Get the pickles! We are then before I could take a picture. The food & service was excellent!!

My fiancé and I were looking for a unique anniversary dinner. We don't do a lot of fine dining, but wanted something locally owned with food we don't often eat. The reviews for Morevino were great, so we made a reservation. The hostess was nice and led us to our reserved table. It was a busy night and we are glad we had reservations. A local solo singer was doing music at the front of the restaurant. The table was set up nicely and included a wine bottle with string lights inside. The drinks were blended well and not at all watered down. I got a strawberry basil vodka drink and my fiancé had the red sangria. The dessert menu sounded amazing, but we were too full from dinner to think about dessert. There were a lot of specials that night and I got the local ribeye- medium rare and it came out perfect. I don't know a whole lot about steak, but that i usually do not enjoy it. Something inside me said I had to try it here and it was so flavorful and tender. Risotto and zucchini were the included sides. The Risotto was amazing, the veggies were heavy on garlic (but I have a sensitive palate with garlic). My fiancé got the pork loin which was flavorful and presented well, same sides. The chef/owner brought our food to us and made a point to ask how the meal was and shake our hands as we left for the night. We will be making this our place for special occasions.
