If you're in the area and looking to get some ice cream this is the only place you should visit! Great selection, friendly service, and the ice cream is scrumptious! What are you waiting for, get there now! :-)

Ice cream was ok, but the older lady helping at the counter with the register was rude and extremely dislikable, seemed bothered to be asked a question. Even my nieces noticed a not so welcoming place. Unfortunately this was my first and last time going to this place. Please take this review to improve your customer service, having toxic people serving ice cream it’s not a good idee for business. Prices were a little high for the small servings.

Great ice cream and even better hot dogs, I’ve heard it’s the only place in town with hot dogs past 7 👍🏻

We tried out Mr B's Big Scoop in July 2024. You do not park right in front of the store, because of the stores location in the Circle Square. But we parked close by at a quiet time. So the walk for us was minimum.
It wasn't overly busy, but we did have to wait in a short line. You must pay attention to the arrows on the floor, otherwise you don't know which way the line goes. But that is very minor. We were able to order fairly quickly. But they only seem to have a couple inside tables and a bench with their limited space. Fortunately, we had a spot to sit inside, as a family condensed the tables to make room for us. We appreciated that. Because it's hot outside in July. As such, the ice cream would instantly melt if we tried to sit at one of the outside tables. In January, it would be very nice. Obviously not so much when it's close to 100 degrees in July.
The ice cream was pretty good. I had seen somewhere in the store a Hershey's sign. But I cannot confirm that the ice cream was Hershey's.
Prices were not inexpensive. But not overly pricey, either. I guess it depends on your own opinion. All in all, it was a nice visit to Big Scoop. So we'll probably return in the future. We would love to enjoy a treat outside at a table.

Parking: Being located in the circle square, there is parking, but you must walk to the store. How far depends on where you park. The closest spots are fairly close by.

Busy day for them so may have been why customer service was a little off. My sister asked if their ice cream has egg in it & was told they don't know. I bought a sorbet container from their cooler. It tasted funny so I checked the date which was September 2023 & today is July 4, 2024. I brought it back for a refund & was told that the case gets away from them sometimes because they don't sell a lot from it. Gentleman apologized & gave me a refund for the container but I believe they should have refunded my $25 bill considering they served me expired food & I mentioned I wasn't feeling good from it but that's just my opinion from customer service of over 20 years.

Lousy Customer Service! Sent my wife to get us a couple of hot dogs. She had to wait in line for a while before she could place her order. When she finally gets to the counter the lady tells her that it is 8:00 and they close the kitchen at 8:00. She was in well before 8 but had to wait in line so couldn't get her order in. Needless to say we will not be going back again. Seems like businesses have forgotten about customer service these days.

Went and spent 20.00 on ice cream for the kids. After exiting the store the ice cream was melting so fast that my grandkids couldn’t lick the cone fast enough. Went back into store and the rude older lady, probably the owner with the zebra streak in her hair wanted to charge me a quarter for a cup to place the melting cone in.We frequent this place every week and she is never friendly either. The last time I will ever spend a dime there. You need to learn better customer service.
