This place is rude and unappreciative of business. They need to learn what customer service is. Spend 20.00 and asked for an empty cup because the 17 month old ice cream is melting because of the heat and they wanted to charge .25 cents Really. You have now lost a customer that frequently purchases from your store. Can't wait for you to go out of business

Went and spent 20.00 on ice cream for the kids. After exiting the store the ice cream was melting so fast that my grandkids couldn’t lick the cone fast enough. Went back into store and the rude older lady, probably the owner with the zebra streak in her hair wanted to charge me a quarter for a cup to place the melting cone in.We frequent this place every week and she is never friendly either. The last time I will ever spend a dime there. You need to learn better customer service.

Went to Mr. B's yesterday and ordered 2 Chocolate Malts. What we received is 2 malted chocolate milks. They over used the milk and there was absolutely no thickness that would have been provided by ice cream. Also, they were not mixed thoroughly as there were gritty clomps of the malt mix on the bottom. We may try one more time but not at all impressed at this point. Malts are not hard to make and when you spend $5 bucks each, one should expect to get a nice thick chocolate malt (shake!)
